Ideal for families, UTV/ATV & snowmobile riding groups, reunions, and group getaways, this home features three spacious levels—each with its own cozy gathering space—so everyone has room to unwind and connect. With sleeping space for up to 16+ guests, en-suite bathrooms in three bedrooms, and thoughtful extras like plush bedding, 2-sleeper sofa’s, air mattress, a fully stocked kitchen, and included toiletries, you’ll feel right at home.

Step outside for endless adventure: hike, fish, UTV/ATV, snowmobile, stargaze, soak in nearby hot springs, or explore the shops and restaurants of Encampment, Riverside, and Saratoga. **NOTE**during winter months weather can be unpredictable. We cannot guarantee that the lane will be accessible or stay accessible during those times. We recommend parking at the Bottle Creek Lot (1/8 mile up the road, also where groomed trail system starts) & riding machines from there to the home using our private trail-please see included aerial photo that shows more detail.
If snow has to be pushed while your parked at Bottle Creek you will need to move it so they can clear the parking lot, just for that time.

3) Upper level- Bunk bed with twin top and full bottom
*Queen sleeper-sofa in common/open area
4) Main level- Queen bed with en-suite bathroom & door that gives direct access to the hot tub room
5) Lower level- Queen bed with en-suite bathroom

**Bedding- pillows, sheets/blankets/comforters provided.

-Bathrooms:
Upper Level: Two full- one tub/shower and one walk-in shower.
Main Level: One full w/walk-in shower and one 1/2 bath.
Lower Level: Two full w/walk-in showers.
**Toilet paper, towels, washcloths, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, hairdryer as well as things you might forget-toothbrush, toothpaste, feminine products, make-up remover.

-Kitchen:
Fully stocked with cookware & needed utensils, plates/dishes/cups, silverware, toaster, pizza pans/cookie sheets, storage containers and a combo coffee maker(pods/grinds). Full size refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher(pods included), microwave, convection oven/air-fryer combo.

-Grill/Smoker on the deck outside of kitchen.

-Stacked washer/dryer with pods/dryer sheets.

-Rolls of paper towels and extra cleaning supplies located in pantry.
