There are 5 bedrooms and a total of 6 Beds. Each bed is equipped with White Professionally Laundered Linen. One (1) King Bed in the Master bedroom on the second floor located at the front of the home. The remaining four bedrooms all have Queen beds.

Bathrooms: There is an ensuite double-vanity large bathroom on 2nd floor with a bathtub and a shower hose in the bathtub; however, there is no shower here.

There are 2 full bathrooms on the third floor:
a. large ensuite double vanity-bathroom on the 3rd fl with both a shower & a tub.
b. full bathroom, in the hallway, on the 3rd fl, with both a shower & a bathtub.

There are two 1/2 bathrooms:
a. one on the 1rst floor
b. one on the 4th floor.
We provide FREE Clean Towels, hand towels and Wash Clothes.

3. NO REMOVAL of any inventory items from the home.

4. Check-in: 4:00- 9:00 PM/ Check-out: 11:00 AM.

5. The owner accepts No responsibility for any accidents or incidents that may occur while guests are in the home. Acceptance of this reservation requires the guest agree that the owner accepts no responsibility for incidents or accidents inside or outside this home. It also suggests that guests enroll in their own travel insurance to cover such incidents and accidents.

6. NOISE Policy: 10pm until 9am Guests must always maintain a very quiet stay. The owner lives in the basement of the home.
