Mountain Shadows-Walk to Town/Bus Stop/Restaurants

Privately Owned and Managed Studio/Loft Condo rental. Comfortable accomodations for a very reasonable price located in the popular Mountain Shadows Complex. Walk to restaurants, bars, theaters, Vons and many area shops. Upstairs unit, fully equipped kitchen, free wifi, ski locker, sleeps 1-4, Fireplace, free firewood (fire starter not provided), linen's provided, 3 jacuzzi's, swimming pool in summer, 2 sauna's, 2 onsite laundry facilities, BBQ's in summer.

Studio with loft above. Two queen size beds in the loft and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area. 2 full baths, one down and one up. Full size functional kitchen with fridge, dishwasher and stove. Fully stocked for cooking. Wood burning stove with free firewood seasonally. (November=March) Guests needs to provide their own fire starter.

The studio comes equipped with a 50" Vizio tv with a Firestick. We do not offer cable TV.

Sorry, no Saturday check in's or checks out.

Entire home and onsite amenities. Two car maximum in the parking lot directly in front of the building. Easy (free) shuttle access to the mountain or around town.

You can reach me via email, text or phone during your stay if you require assistance. My cleaning company is also available for any questions.

Nice clean neighborhood. Very close to restaurants, bars and shopping.

No need to drive once you arrive. The free shuttle system will take you anywhere you want to go.

Sorry, no Saturday check in's or checks out.

Must sign rental agreement & provide security deposit.

Michael was very attentive and accommodating. The unit was clean and spacious. It was equipped with all the essentials. The location is practically perfect and close to everything. Most places were within a 9min walking distance. My family and I had a great stay. It was home away from home.

This place was perfect for two adults. It has two queen beds up in the loft and two full bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. We only cooked one meal during our stay but the kitchen has everything you need to feed a dozen people.

This is a comfortable, clean and centrally located condo for a Mammoth trip. The upstairs loft is essentially the size of a standard hotel room with two queen beds and a bathroom. The downstairs has a living room with fireplace, dining table, kitchen and bathroom. It was very comfortable for our family of three on a four-day early season ski trip. There is evidence of some minor wear and tear, but for the price it is a solid option for a family/group of 2-4. Communication with Michael was excellent. If you're spending all day on the hill, you'll be very happy coming back to this condo for a dip in the hot tub, apres by the fire, and a home-cooked dinner.

Everything worked as it should. The furnace was nice to heat up the place. Having two restrooms with showers is a must. The two beds were comfortable to rest up for the next day on the slopes. Overall great place to stay at for a reasonable price. Definitely would stay here again.

Had a great family snowboarding vacation to mammoth. Great location, very easy to get to eagle on the green line. Bus stop right out front of the condo complex. Condo was clean and smelled nice. Comfortable beds and amenities were good. Would definitely be back.

Great property in superb location.

We had a great couple of days here, but could definitely stayed longer. The location is great with lots to see and do nearby. The property itself is very modern, (the pictures don't do it justice), plus the use of the spa, sauna and laundry is a nice addition. Would definitely come back.

This condo was exactly what we needed for our short snowboarding getaway. The owner communicated great and responded very quickly to the few questions we had. The condo is clean and cozy. The loft gives an extra level of space that our family of 3 was able to feel like we could spread out. The community is right in the center of Mammoth. Would definitely rent again.

Great condo

Check in process very simple with door code (no driving to some other office). The owner is very meticulous and provides an excellent book of instructions. Wifi works great, hot tub is hot with strong jets. Kitchen is functional. Beds are comfortable. Easy walk to shuttle stop. Small items: The lopi fireplace is great but we had trouble getting it to light the second night. maybe because the wood was from deck. Chairs for table need to be tightened up (seem ready to break). Not covered parking and you will have to go up stairs with suitcases, etc. A hanging microwave in the kitchen would greatly improve the counter space. Overall this place is a great value. We highly recommend.

Cozy n Comfy ski condo

If you know mammoth this condo is 'in town' so it's close to things. It was comfortable and cozy and great if you are in mammoth to ski. The Lopi stove (fire place) was a real plus and keep the place warm. Great communication with the owner Michael. he was responsive and set me up with instructions on how to access the location. There are a number of 'neighborhoods' in mammoth if you are there to ski and like the 'in town' location this place is a great value for any group of folks!

I relocated to the Bay area in 2012 the same year that I purchased K11. I'm a long time So Cal resident and I love going to Mammoth. This is the second of four condo's that I own there. The problem is...they're always booked and I rarely get to use them myself!

Why they chose this property

Mountain Shadows has it all. Close to town and shopping restaurants and night life if your into that. I never have to drive once I arrive. It's all there within easy walking distance.

What makes this property unique

There's nothing like watching a storm come in with the thought of beautiful powder runs the next day. Watching it dump from the balcony while enjoying a nice warm fire is quite enjoyable.
