We do monitor the doorbell camera at check in to confirm the amount of people checking in matches your booking. You will notice a slight increase in the daily rate when your amount of guests exceeds 4. We want you to have a wonderful vacation and appreciate you working within our guidelines to make sure the house is well maintained and within city and neighborhood rental guidelines.

We provide our guests with basic starter supplies, TP/PT, dish and hand soaps, laundry & dishwasher detergent, trash bags & new sponge!
