Stayed here twice in the last month. The location is super easy to get to if you know the area. Close to Hellshire beach, quiet area, can see the sea from the veranda and the internet works great in the common area and master room. The photos show one couch but there is actually two and one is a futon. The internet doesnt work in the back room, Im assuming cause the solid walls but it wasnt a big deal for us. There is everything you need if you decide to cook. I will definetly be booking here again in the future and will be recomending to family for future trips.

The host is kind and helpful but I feel this shouldn't be advertised as a beach house since it is still quite far from the beach 45 minute walk or 10-12 minute drive. There is nothinga nearby, you must have a car to stay here.

Amazing Experience

I’ve been coming to JA for the last 20 years and this was my first time renting a house. I absolutely loved it. Robert was an awesome host , and the place was spotless when we arrived. It was close to everything…different beaches, shopping, food , even going to Kingston etc but so quiet and secluded at night. Hearing the birds chirp in the morning and watching the sunrise was reinvigorating. I would definitely recommend getting a vehicle. We were two friends, and my 9 year old son. Lots of space , and the A/C was excellent. Tons of children in the neighborhood playing and riding scooters, and going on family walks in the evening. I can’t say anything more positive about my experience. One Love.

Simply adorable

First, the location is just stunning. It's at the top of a hill and viewed from the front porch is the beach. It's just lovely. The house is very well kept and clean. If you haven't been to Jamaica before be prepared for the heat, but the owner made sure that your stay will be comfortable with air in both rooms of which are clean and enough cabinetry to accommodate the most demanding. And I must warn you if you are interested in touring the city after your first night in this house, you may not do that because the neighborhood is so quiet and the house so relaxing you may want to just stay in all day. Just stop by the grocery store and pick up a few things, as all the amenities are there for you in the house to cook till your heart content. This owner of this house took the time to make sure that you have everything to make your stay like a home away from home including a washer, and you can hang your clothes out to dry the locals. I don't do many reviews but just had to do one for this place. This house is just beautiful and I wouldn't give it a second thought upon my return to Jamaica, particularly considering the price.

I loved everything about this house

Robert was a great host. I rented his house and car for 9 days. House is just as cute as pictured. Everything i needed was in stock, fresh linens, kitchen was stocked for cooking, lots of tv channels, fast internet, cold a/c in both rooms, everything worked perfectly. This house is placed in the most perfect little spot in its community. It sits up on a hill overlooking the entire adorable community with a beautiful view of hellshire beach. I really loved the location. I felt like i was at my home away from home. Robert had cool lighting throughout the house and was a call away if i had any questions. He was very accommodating. Beds were comfortable and decor was very cute. Landscaping was very nice. I highly recommend this house to anyone visiting hellshire area. Its a perfect location to beach, i didn't want to leave. thank you robert for a perfect comfortable stay and I'll definatly be back!

To be honest I didn't like the Hellshire area at first; however after spending the 1st week in denial i eventually admitted that i fell in love with every about the area. I fell guilty for denying it for a week so inorder to repay my debt I want the entire world to know about this gem in St. Catherine. The place is absolutely magical.

What makes this property unique

Come hear the waves of the sea soothing you to bed. Wake up to the brilliant sunrise over the water. This place is is so quite it will refresh your spirit. We are far enough from the hustle and bustle but close even to go back to it lol. The backyard has a piece of the Hellshire hill in it; and the front of the house has a beautiful view of the Caribbean sea.
