Situated near the Harbor Reef hotel (but closer to the beach) and just down the road from the Beach Dog Cafe, this house is central to all dining, shopping, surfing, and the other amenities that Playa Guiones has to offer.

The compound's unique location allows you to walk everywhere (though it is fun to rent an ATV to get around and go father afield) including restaurants, surf shops, massages, pilates, yoga, and everything else that Playa Giones has to offer. There is zip lining down the road in Nosara and fishing charters 10 minutes away in Playa Garza.

Between both houses and an open air, thatch roof rancho, this compound has 5 bedrooms and two additional sleeping areas and is spacious and flowing.

The front house has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms and sleeps 6 in bedrooms. A large dining room table that seats 10 and ample lounge seating makes this a house you'll want to hang out in.

The back house has 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a large common area with kitchenette. It sleeps 2 in the master bedroom, 4 in the guest bedroom, and 2 on daybeds in the spacious living room.

The pool area has an outdoor shower and bathroom and is surrounding by luscious landscaping and adjacent to the open air rancho structure.
Both houses and the rancho have outdoor decks, hammocks, and ample seating for reading a book, hanging out with friends and family, or to take a breezy nap. The Rancho serves as the outdoor 'living room' and gathering area of this luxurious Nosara beach house.

Both the main house and the casita are designed to allow the breezes of Nosara to flow through and are light, airy, spacious, and immaculately clean. All bedrooms have AC and ceiling fans.

The house includes a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, stove, refrigerator, a blender (to make Margarita's) and everything else you'll need to host a large group.

All house rentals include two house cleanings (with laundry) per week and we offer additional cleaning and daily cooking for a small additional charge.

This is a very special estate type compound that would appeal to large families, surfer groups, and people on yoga retreats. It is private and spacious and perfect for anyone wanting an idyllic tropical retreat in Nosara.
