This is a one bedroom, 1.5 bath unit that can sleep 4 comfortably. The half-bathroom includes a stacked washer-dryer. The master bedroom has a pillow top king size bed. Adjacent to the master bedroom is a twin-sized bunk bed in the hallway. The kitchen has a granite countertop and cabinets stocked with cookware. There is free wifi and all TVs are flat panel with HD. Complementary beach service with 2 chairs and an umbrella is provided. It is pet friendly! Must be at least 25 years old to lease. Grills are located near pool areas.

The condo is very clean. It is a short walk to the beach but the view is wonderful! The private beach was great to walk to and have an umbrella with chairs already set up.

Perfect for my needs

This condo exceeded my expectations. Check-in was easy and ahead of schedule. The space was clean and larger than expected. Having the laundry was an added bonus for us who were visiting for a baseball tournament. Would definitely stay here again!

This truly is the best deal in Destin

Great location and view from second floor! Just steps from the beach and just walking distance to some great pet friendly restaurants! The chairs and umbrella on the beach were a super nice perk! This place was so comfy and clean too! We will definitely be back! ❤️
