This Adirondack lodge is located on the waterway between 4Th and 5Th lake offering all the amenities for a traditional mountain retreat. The Parquet House is situated in the very heart of Inlet NY and there is simply no better getaway location in town. Walk out of the back door and you are seconds away from ice cream, restaurants, bars, shopping, groceries, and Arrowhead park offering a playground, baseball field, tennis courts, the beach and walking paths. With an astounding 7 bedrooms and 4 baths this expansive house is great for large groups and families. Enjoy a classic family room with the focal point of a granite wood-burning fireplace. Relax on either of the two covered porches. Situated on the channel with access to the Fulton Chain for boat lovers PLUS there is a dock for up to two boats! While we encourage you to explore all the area has to offer, you can park your car on the first day and not need it again until you’re ready to leave! Endless outdoor recreation is abundant year-round.

Beautifully decorated rustic spacious home. Very clean. Many new amenities. Kitchen is very up-to-date. Host was very responsive. Canal right behind house is great for kayaking. Ice cream shop in front has great variety. You have to access the house through the ice cream shop parking lot which always has a line of people. Though the park parking lot is right next door and convenient to park at. Park with beach, playground, tennis courts is only 100 yd away. Very close to many hiking trails of various difficulty. Can jog to most of them. All together a great place.

We had 12 friends that grew up together and have known each other for 50 years. We had come to the Parquet for years, but stopped once COVID hit. We were very glad we able to rent it.The Parquet House was perfect for all of us. We do have a few suggestions: Some mats on the bathroom floors would be good to avoid slipping. We knew we had to bring sheets and towels, but we also needed toilet paper, paper towels and dish detergent and a scrubber. Not a big deal, but be good to know we needed to bring those items. The nearby grocery store in Inlet was great for those items and others.We think the Parquet House is a great place and the upgrades make it even better!
