Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Checkout Time: 11AM
•Gather used towels, sheets and pillowcases. Place in front of the washing machine.
•Throw trash away. Dumpster provided at the North end of the building.

•Please ensure dishwasher is loaded and the load has been started. We are happy to unload when we are there cleaning
•Clean coffee pot.
•Set thermostat to 65 degrees during winter months. Turn off during summer months.
•Turn things off: Coffee pot, lights, tv, fans, etc.
•Close windows and lower shades.
•Lockup.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
