This property is located in a quiet neighborhood. The house is spacious and open, with modern appliances - great for our family with 2 young adults. The elevated porch outside was great to relax on. Plenty of towels provided and the beds were new and comfy. 2 block walk from a beautiful beach and a shorter walk to a great view from the bay side. Short car ride to the Atlantic City strip and plenty to do in neighboring towns.

Nice stay! Just wish being that the beach is close could be chairs, beach towels ect. Otherwise no major issues.

The house, unfortunately, fell significantly short of any sort of baseline expectations for a vacation rental: 1) there was a mouse in the kitchen 2) there was trash from a previous user in the unlined trash cans3) there were zero trash bags and when we messaged the property manager they said they would have to reach out to the owner about something as minor as trash liners and then did nothing over multiple days. We had to buy our own trash bags and clean up the previous user’s trash 4) there was something wet and sticky on the living room floor - the cleaning crew did not do their job. 5) the house didn’t cool down sufficiently. We asked for portable fans but none was provided, and we had to buy our own. 6) the bathrooms had no blinds or curtains - we were visible to the neighbors. 7) we were charged a 150 cleaning fee, on which we sought a refund. The owner refused. I cannot recommend this properly at all - these factors severely affected our experience.
