Great place and location for a family get together! The house was very comfortable on the inside and the back yard was a great place to sit in the shade and enjoy the outside.

We had a lovely stay! There was plenty of room for our group, we enjoyed the beautiful view of the golf course, and we were only 10 min away from the shops and restaurants.

Great rental! House was great and very comfortable for our family of 6. Everything was as described. Rooms were clean, kitchen has everything. We especially liked that each room has its own air conditioner to allow flexibility on temperature preference. Location was great. Starbucks nearby. Our host was very responsive throughout the whole process. Would definitely come back!

Our three night stay was excellent. The home is comfortable, clean, and has all the amenities couples may need for an extended stay. It is an older home and has updated and renovated. Nicely done. Though we were there in the colder weather I can imagine how nice this would be in the late spring and summer. Very peaceful surroundings yet close to town and restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay! We are a family with 3 young adult kids and were happy with the location, cleanliness, beautiful view of the golf course, and very happy that the air conditioning worked very well, as we were there during a heat wave! Being near the Hartford Symphony Orchestra’s 4th of July celebration at Simsbury Talcott Mountain was perfect for our plans! And being near West Hartford was also a bonus. There was good communication from the owner and we found everything we needed. Our only complaint was the middle bedroom’s mattress which seemed too thin and needing replacement. Other than that, the rooms were specious and gave us ample room to spread out. (We just had 2 of the kids share a bed one of the nights) Oh, and as an aside, the water pressure in the showers were wonderful! Thank you for a great stay!

This is a great neighborhood and I live in the area. This property is very private and secluded. Yet, it is closed to everything essential for city life and suburbia. This property is situated between two major golf courses. The views from this property is amazing -- no matter which window you look out of.

What makes this property unique

The uniqueness of this property can easily be attributed to the charm and beauty of the home and its environs. It is secluded and private, and is located far away from traffic. This home has an opened floorplan with lots of nature lights. This property also has an enclosed porch with a 270 degrees unobstructed view. Old world charm dripped with contemporary amenities and modern appliances.
