What an absolutely fantastic stay! The unit was everything we were looking for. Initially, we checked in, dropped off our things and did some exploring downtown. Then we came back and made dinner. It was great having the use of a kitchen to help keep our trip costs down. We did Holiday in the Grove at Knoebels and we were able to cap off our night back at the rental with a Christmas movie and snacks. I'm glad we took a chance and booked because this FAR exceeded our expectations. I was traveling with my teenage sons while my husband was out of town for a work conference. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

OK deal for the price and it worked for 1 night while we went to Knobels (I wouldn't want to stay more than 1 night). Pros: large space, good price, beds were comfortable, coffee and cereal in the morning was a nice perk, the building was quietCons: lighting in the rooms was terrible, some light bulbs were burnt out in the kitchen, stove and cookware are very old, neighborhood was sketchy and you have to park your car around the block, finding our room was challenging (not great directions inside the building leading us to going up a different stairwell with all our bags) and there were no instructions inside the room/apartment (how most rentals have) regarding details about the place (tv, check out protocol, etc). Overall, would only recommend for a 1-night stay.
This was a wonderful last minute find for our family! The property was easy to locate and parking was free. We were able to park right on the nearest side street for a 15 second walk, but there were other spots available behind the property. The area is quaint and quiet, but felt very safe! The downtown streets are walkable for meals and snacks. We tried a Chinese restaurant (Ming Guan) and breakfast spot (Thyme & Table) which were both FANTASTIC!!Check in directions were provided ahead of time and were super simple to follow. Communication from the host was clear and quick both ahead of time and when I had a question. The room we booked was huge for the price! Plenty of space and the beds were super comfortable. All provided linens were of high quality, comfortable, and clean. The decor is a bit outdated, but it doesn’t affect a bit of the quality. The structure and design of the home are very beautiful and historic which we loved!
