Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please do not transfer trash to the outside trash bin until the day of checkout. Wash all dirty dishes, via the sink.
Please place all used towels and linen onto the shower floor. Turn off all lights and devices when not in use, and upon leaving the property. Do not flip switches, that are labeled "Do Not Touch".
The Unit will alarm at the time of checkout. Please have all your belongings removed. If access to the unit is necessary after checkout time, an additional day will be charged.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO SMOKING, INSIDE NOR OUTSIDE! NO PETS of any kind! NO PARTIES, OR GATHERINGS! NO parking on the concrete. ADDITIONAL DAY charged for LATE checkout.
NO CROSSING over onto the right side of the main driveway. NO ENTERING onto either Dock. There's no guest access beyond either culvert near the cabin
Looking out the bay windows, there is NO GUEST ACCESS beyond the culvert to the left near the cabin, or on the far side of the pond dam, "NO CROSSING"

Cabin was very cozy and clean. The stairway was certainly interesting, but it added some charm to the location. Lakefront view was absolutely beautiful.
