Beautifully decorated with comfortable furnishings and all modern conveniences including central air conditioning, washer/dryer, full cooks kitchen stocked with loads of utensils, granite counter tops, microwave, dishwasher, 2 TVs, DVD, WiFi, community picnic area with charcoal grill, 4 decks, and outside shower. For extra protection a germicidal ultraviolet light system has been installed on the HVAC ducts to kill viruses and mold. Walk for miles on the beautiful beach just steps from your front door! Less than a mile from the Indian River inlet with marina, fishing, and crabbing.
