BIG 5-bed/5 bath House w/Cable Internet & Pool Access in World Club near Airport

Get ready to relax in this 5-bedroom house in World Club Land. This superb property boasts 3 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 1 twin bed, perfect for a group getaway. With 5 bathrooms equipped with 5 showers, guests will have plenty of space to freshen up. The living room even offers space for 3 additional people on California king bed for extra comfort. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our families Thailand house.

We provide access to a 6 bikes (2 for children, 2 for teens and 2 pedal assist bikes). We also have a Chevy 4-door truck for rent that has benches for an additional 6-8 people. We live at the end of a quiet street with American, German, Thai neighbors, S. African, Korean and Chinese neighbors.

Over the fence there is a large pool at World Club Land Sports Complex. Enjoy the use of the pool, gym, tennis and pickle ball courts!

The property is walking distance to fantastic Michelin star rated restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, massage and nail salons, and churches.

With a short drive you can be at Night Safari Zoo (7 minute), the airport (18 minutes), Chiang Mai Old City (20 minutes), Elefin Farm & Cafe with Elephant rides (25 minutes), and camping with a view of Chiang Mai (1 hour).

We are a family of 6 from California. We have lived in Thailand since 2023 and before that China for 10 years. We LOVE Chiang Mai. Our children are part of a homeschool co-op and parents work in education consulting and provide experiential learning internships for university students from China.

Why they chose this property

We wanted to be in a gated community around expats for our children to thrive. We find it to be safe for riding bikes, walking at night, and easy access to cafes, coffee shops and sports facility.

What makes this property unique

This is a new house with wonderful view of community pool at the end of a street with little car traffic. The location makes it ideal for access to old Chiang Mai, the airport and great restaurants like Nic's (with a play ground) and Jungle Cafe with Michelin star rated food and environment for hosting out of town guests.

We also are close to Safari Church and their youth group meets in our neighborhood Tuesday nights at GMMI.
