This spacious 2-bedroom apartment is the first floor of a charming 1880 s farmhouse that I m restoring. It s a 2-3 min walk to the Medical Center and UVM, and a 6 min walk to the Double Tree Conference Center. Sun porch. Well-equipped kitchen. Big backyard. Great neighborhood. Guests have commented that they like that the two bedrooms are at either end of the apartment, so the occupants of each room have their own space.

What a fantastic apartment: large, homey and beautifully styled. Even the garden outside is lush and gorgeous. Host Cindy is on the friendly and on the ball. I will definitely be staying here again. Five stars!

When we arrived, the porch furniture was covered with quilts, which created an unwelcoming first impression. The steps leading into the house were overgrown, and there was a strong odor inside the property. The beds and pillows smelled of perspiration, making it uncomfortable to sleep.The stove was greasy, and the carpeted bathroom appeared not to have been vacuumed in quite some time, as there was visible dust. The refrigerator and freezer contained the owner’s food, while the bathroom medicine cabinet was packed with personal items. The backyard also had miscellaneous furniture scattered throughout.Overall, the property felt messy, poorly maintained, and not properly prepared for guests. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not recommend this property.

We stayed at Cindy’s property while dropping our daughter off for her first year at UVM. It truly is only a three minute walk to campus and downtown was just a short drive. The home was perfect for the four of us. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. We loved having our coffee on the sun porch in the morning and cooking meals in the well appointed kitchen. We would definitely stay there again.

The apartment was large, very comfortable and so thoughtfully stocked with some basics (coffee, yogurt, milk, seltzer) to make our morning easy and pleasant. We would stay here anytime we are in Burlington.

Close UBER ride to downtown. Church Street was great! We visited it several times. Did the Haunted Ghost walk, boat ride on Lake Champlain and toured Ben & Jerry's. Very friendly people in Vermont.

Great Place & Host

I cant express enough how kind Cindy was to our family as we had an extended stay at UVM. It is a very short walk up a small inclined walking path to get up by the parking garage from her house.

A girls trip to Vermont
