Ground floor direct ocean view condo with two bedrooms (1 King bed + 2 Twin beds) and two bathrooms (1 en-suite and 1 guest bathroom, both with a bathtub and shower). Large families can take advantage of the additional Queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.
This luxury condominium is situated on the renowned Seven Mile Beach and offers breathtaking views of the turquoise sea and direct ocean access. The unit has been fully renovated with exquisite furnishings, premium bedding, high-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi, and fiber-optic cable TV.

The condo is equipped with the following:

Great resort with beautiful beach. Couldn't have been more pleased!

Great location on 7 mile beach right next to the Marriott resort. Our beach was much less crowded vs the Marriott but equally as nice. We enjoyed snorkeling the artificial reef at the Marriott. Also enjoyed the close proximity to nice restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for the wonderful memories!!!

Very satisfied with our 2nd stay at Regal!

This was our 2nd time on the island and also at Regal. We were very satisfied with our stay. Dale was very accommodating and showed us our suite as we checked in, offering us any help required. Our suite was on the ground floor and very clean and convenient for pool and beach access. We'll stay here again next time we visit Cayman!

A great stay!

We stayed at unit 513 and couldn't have been happier! The unit was in a great location, steps from the beach. The unit was very clean, had tons of towels and the kitchen had all utensils needed. It was also a nice touch that Petra, the property manager, came by and showed us how to work a few things. It was a great unit and would stay there again!

Another fabulous stay at Regal Beach

This was our second time staying at Regal Beach. Unit 513 was great - the ground floor porch access was key with kids running in and out for their pool/ beach toys. The unit had everything we needed and when any questions/ issues came up, the management staff were very quick to address and resolve. Top notch! Would definitely stay again.

Excellent stay

The condo at the Regal Beach Club exceeded our expectations! The condo was immaculate and exactly matched the photos. The location cannot be matched. We literally walked out of the condo and onto 7 mile beach, barefoot!

Fantastic location and amenities

Our communication with the staff was prompt and detailed. Upon arrival, we were met and given a tour. The grounds are very well maintained and condo is clean and bright. Interior of condo was well appointed and stocked with plenty of dishes, beach towels and even a washer/dryer. Location is very convenient and walk able to many restaurants and is complex is directly on 7 Mile Beach. We would love to stay at this location again.

Paradise with a kitchen😉

Everything was just as listed. Very clean, all necessities provided. Side note: only salt and pepper for cooking, but grocery very close! Housekeeping and security were awesome!! Clive was the BEST! Polite and respectful to everyone🥰 Bring your snorkeling gear- -absolutely amazing. Crystal clear water and white powdery sand. And lots and lots of ☀️ ☀️😎!!

Excellent and Quiet!

We loved our stay here! We had low expectations of the beach because we had read reviews that there was no beach (which I think is accurate depending on the water), but there was a small, but nice sized and very clean/peaceful beach while we were there! We are a family of 4 and loved that there were other kids around. Loved the kids pool (kids spent most of the day in there), and loved the location. It's walking distance to restaurants and camana bay, but it's very quiet once you get into the complex and you can't even hear the road. Communication was great with the property management group. We didn't use the tennis courts at all. I used the exercise room a bit. Very small room, but had some weights which was nice if you want to keep up on some strength routine while on vacay. The 2 bedroom condo was plenty spacious. Could use some more cooking utensils, but other than that no complaints!

Nice, clean 2 bedroom condo.

We had an excellent time at this property. Everything we needed was provided at this property- tons of towels, washer- dryer with detergent, dishwasher with detergent, shower shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Maid service. Pool was clean and rafts, kids toys available for public. Close to Georgetown for souvenirs shopping. Marriott next door with water sports, restaurant and jacuzzi. Good restaurants near by. Only negative was the beach sand area was small with not much beach there and rocky to walk in. Beach right next door at Marriott not as rocky but also small. Jacuzzi at condo not heat up. Overall, very nice place to stay and swimming in beach beautiful blue waters excellent.

We stayed at Regal Beach Club #513 in early March for a couple of days...we had been on the island for a longer stay but wanted to have a couple of days on 7 mile beach before leaving for the states. We couldn't have been more pleased with our choice of units. The two bedroom unit looked like it had been recently renovated, was very very clean and lovely decor. Beds were comfortable, location was quite and yet you could walk out the door and walk along 7 mile beach and all the action. We all thought it was a great location and a very nice unit and hope to return for a repeat visit next year.

This location was perfect, close to restaurants, activities and the airport. The beach is amazing and the Marriott is right next door if you want to eat or snorkel at the reef in front of the hotel. The beach was quiet in front of our condo but very busy in front of the Marriott. I would recommend this unit and definatley come back.

Beautiful

Our property managers were absolutely fabulous - really like having a personal consierge! The unit was beautifully decorated, and it had everything we could have ever needed. The daily housekeeping service was an added bonus, and everyone was so friendly! We will definitely be returning.

Terrific visit

I hesitate to write this review for fear of giving up such a hidden gem! Fantastic accommodations right in the heart of 7MB. This was our first trip to Grand Cayman and hopefully it will not be our last. Before arriving, we had a call with the property manager, Dale, who was amazing in terms of answering all of our questions and providing recommendations for our stay. The unit was in fantastic condition when we arrived- all of the necessities for our party of 6 (4 adults and 2 small kids) were present. There were plenty of towels (including beach towels), laundry detergent, kids puddle jumpers and beach toys, reading materials, and some basic sundries in the unit when we arrived. Also, we really appreciated the gift basket, bottle of milk, and fresh fruit upon arrival. Such a welcoming touch! The condo is a 5 minute drive from the airport and is next door to the Marriott hotel, which was convenient to access their quality restaurants and desserts. We also liked the Craft Beer pub across the street, which reminded us of home (Canada). The downside, if any, was the sea algae we had on the beach for a few days when we first arrived. Once gone, it was paradise. Also, the pools are not heated, but they did warm up on those days when the temperature exceeded 30C with the humidity. Couldn't beat the location within the complex- just steps out of the lanai and you are in the kiddie pool and BBQ. We picked up groceries at the Fosters IGA about 1 km up the road. The island is not inexpensive (especially against the weak Canadian dollar), but having the ability to self-cater in the condo for the majority of our meals did help out considerably. Also, we are a bit particular about healthy eating, so having the full kitchen and dining area made it easy to stick to our usual family eating habits. For Canadians, Fosters IGA carries President's Choice products, so it can feel very familiar to home. We visited the Cayman Turtle Farm in West Bay via the Courtesy Shuttle from the Marriott and went on daily walks north along W. Bay Road and along the beach toward the Westin/Ritz. We relied upon the local buses and walked around the area, though next time we will likely rent a car and travel around the island. There is fantastic Wifi. Modern movie theatres at Caymana Bay are also a close 10 minute walk east. Bottom line, if you are looking for a quiet, family-friendly place to relax while in Grand Cayman, this is the place to be. We would go back in a heartbeat.

Serene, private, luxury, impecably clean

VRBO rentals are excellent way to get amazing value, even to luxury properties. This one was just breathtaking, immaculate and quiet. The full kitchen is stocked to the gills: short glasses, tall glasses, elegant tall glasses, red wine glasses, white wine glasses, plastic glasses (if you want to take it to the pool), thermal glasses (if you want it to last at the beach)... and that is just with glasses, same goes for plates, utensils, tupperware, pots, mugs... everything you can think of and then some. Same goes for towels - plenty for everybody, of all sizes, even 14 (yes, fourteen) beach towels. Beach toys are provided, there are even two pairs of flippers and a snorkel mask. Screened in lanai was amazing, perfect for light dinner or snack, or just hanging out while kids are splashing in the pool in front. Huge flat screen TVs in each room, very quick internet, very efficient a/c. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dishwasher detergent, clothes detergent, paper towels, kitchen towels, sponges, even cling wrap - all provided. Nice touches like special tiles in bathroom, matching bedding, books, three layers of window dressings, fancy dining room light... simply speechless. The main point I have to make is utter feeling of luxury that we were experiencing while in the apartment. The whole complex is nicely maintained, the apartment is freshly furnished, kept clean, and there are very few people around, adding to the feeling of exclusivity. My kids have had the big pool for themselves 6 out of 7 days, and me and my husband enjoyed smoothies alone while watching sunset from pool patio. Looking at next-door Marriott and how crowded their beach is, I can not understand why would anybody pay for that in Cayman. We enjoyed the sunsets alone on the beach, we strolled between greenery on the property, we relished the view from lanai, through greenery over to the ocean. I get misty now, just thinking about it. Position of the property is good, there are plenty of quick-bite spots across the street, and grocery shop is 7 minutes away (on foot). Big market (Kirk) is much further away, so you have to plan for bus (in front of property) or taxi. The property owner offers coordination with Kirk market, so you can specify list of groceries delivered to apartment before entering. Very worth it if you don't have a car. Bear in mind that everything (even groceries) is quite expensive on Cayman. Warmly recommended, you will not be disappointed.

Superb Family Vacation

If you're looking for cleanliness, accessibility, and an accommodating staff, then this is the perfect place. This is the first condo rental by owner that we experienced, and we have decided that it's the only way we will travel from now on. The owners were kind enough to allow a late check out since we had a 4 pm flight, and they were pleasant to interact with. This unit accomodated 4 adults and an 18 month old for a week. There is a full kitchen which has a full refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, & all you need to cook meals. Two bedroom and two bath, dining room, screened in patio with table, a grill, clothes washer & dryer, daily cleaning service, and all the towels you could possibly need and then some. It has exceptional accommodations for children. It's steps to the 3ft deep kiddie pool, beach toys, and crib & high chair. They have also included a manual complete with any & all information you may need (i.e. restaurants, medical/dental contacts, phone numbers to all kinds of services, and activities offered on the island). TVs with cable are in each room, along with books in the living room. The Marriott is located next door with water activities and a restaurant/bar, and you can walk along the beach until you find a place to have a drink and enjoy the view. Beachfront, clean, and relaxing; it's Paradise on earth.
