We had a wonderful stay in Croatia in this amazing house. Everything was perfect, the pool was cleaned every day, the kitchen was absolutely complete, the outdoor living area was enough for the 8 of us to enjoy friendly meals. Easy access by road to almost all activities around the house (visit Split, a day at Krka National Park, visit Sibenik, etc.). A big thank you especially to Filip's family who spoiled us throughout our stay. Thanks also to Filip who came the day before our departure to have a debriefing with us. We warmly recommend this house for all that and for everything else too.

Great Villa with Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Just 9 mins away from the nearest beach by car. Our kids enjoyed pool a lot! Fact that we had biking/hiking option to the nearest hill made our stay even more enjoyable. Store in the village makes food purchases very convenient. Would recommend this Villa to families with kids. Definitely coming back. :)

Quiet Family Stay

Our group of 10 stayed at this holiday home for five nights. Communication with the host was quick, easy and he checked in again the following day to make sure all was still good. The home offers a wonderful backyard for relaxing and we all spent hours in the pool - which was especially welcome in the summer heat. Much of the backyard offers shade and the home has A/C as well. The home is situated so that day trips to a variety of spots is possible - we easily traveled to Split, Zadar and Plitvice Lakes. Upon returning from the trips we enjoyed the quiet and remoteness of the neighborhood after long days in crowded, touristy areas. We definitely recommend this holiday home which was perfect for our group of ten aged 6-74.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub mit zwei Familien (insgesamt 5 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder und 1 Baby) in diesem fantastischen Ferienhaus verbracht und es hat uns absolut an nichts gefehlt! Das Haus, die Zimmer sowie das gesamte, komplett eingezäunte Grundstück sind super sauber und bieten eine unheimlich große Menge an Platz, sodass sich jeder wunderbar entfalten konnte.Besonders begeistert waren wir von dem riesigen, sauberen Pool und dem wunderschönen Außenbereich: Die tollen Olivenbäume gepaart mit den gepflegten Rasenflächen spenden überall herrlichen Schatten. Für die Kinder (und natürlich auch für die Großen) gab es jede Menge Abwechslung wie Tischtennis, einen Kicker und einen Fernseher. Die riesige, überdachte Terrasse im oberen Bereich – ausgestattet mit praktischen Ventilatoren – wurde zu unserem absoluten Lieblingsplatz. Aber auch im Inneren lässt die Küche keine Wünsche offen; sie ist wirklich mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub nur benötigen kann.Ein riesiges Lob geht auch an den Gastgeber Filip und die Betreuung vor Ort: Wenn wir etwas benötigt haben, wurde uns unheimlich schnell und herzlich geholfen.Wenn es überhaupt etwas anzumerken gibt, dann ist es der Empfang im Dorf – Mobilfunk ist quasi nicht vorhanden und das WLAN war außerordentlich schwach. Wer jedoch echten "Social Detox" sucht und einfach mal abschalten möchte, ist hier absolut perfekt bedient.Vielen Dank für diese tolle Zeit, das Haus ist einfach genial!

Tolles Ferienhaus mit viel Platz. Die Lage ist super für Ausflüge in der Umgebung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Strand sind nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Die Küche ist sehr geräumig und mit wirklich allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Der Garten und der Pool sind ideal für Kinder um sich auch mal den ganzen Tag zu beschäftigen. Der Gastgeber ist unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wir hatten wirklich einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt bei Filip im Haus. Das Haus ist unserer Meinung nach noch schöner als man auf den Bildern denken könnte, es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Es sind auch reichlich Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten im Haus, sei es Tischkicker, Tischtennis, Dart oder eine Playstation. Der Garten ist eine wirkliche Wohlfühloase, die zahlreichen Sitzgelegenheiten bieten zu jeder Tageszeit einen Schattenplatz. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und angenehm und ist eine super Abkühlung.Auch für unsere Hunde war das Grundstück perfekt, es ist wirklich rundrum komplett eingezäunt und ausbruchssicher. Die Kommunikation mit Filip war einwandfrei und vor Ort hat uns Tanja (Filips Mama) persönlich empfangen und alles gezeigt. Sie spricht auch sehr gut deutsch. Bei Fragen wohnt Tanja direkt nebenan und kann jederzeit helfen. Sie hat uns auch ihren Garten mit zahlreichen Obstbäumen gezeigt, wo wir uns an den Kirschbäumen bedienen durften. Ein Auto ist hier Pflicht, bis zum Meer bzw zur nächsten größeren Stadt (Biograd) mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind es ca 12 Minuten. Wir würden das Haus auf jeden Fall wieder buchen wenn wir nach Kroatien kommen.

Ein Urlaub mit wundervollen Erinnerungen

Wir waren für 13 Nächte im Ferienhaus von Filip und haben uns vom ersten Tag sehr gut wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation vor und während unseres Aufenthalts war sehr gut. Selbst als wir nach unserer Reise etwas im Haus vergessen haben, hat Filip uns ermöglicht die Capi meines Sohnes wiederzubekommen. Die Kinder liebten am allermeisten den Pool, aber auch Dart, Kicker und Tischtennis wurden viel gespielt. Alles was wir brauchten, haben wir im Haus gefunden. Worüber wir uns auch sehr gefreut haben, war das frisch geerntete Gemüse, welches wir von der Oma geschenkt bekommen haben. Geschmacklich unfassbar gut. Danke nochmal dafür. Das Haus liegt rund 6-7 min mit dem Auto vom Meer entfernt. Während unseres Urlaubs haben wir viele schöne Strände entdeckt. Einen Urlaub im Haus von Filip können wir zu 100 % weiter empfehlen und wir freuen uns schon, wenn wir wieder kommen.

Ein tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub mit der ganzen Familie. Vom Opa mit 83 bis zum Enkel mit 1 Jahr. Das Haus war wie beschrieben, sehr geräumig mit einer schönen Küche und traumhafter Überdachter Terrasse. Die Matratzen in zwei Betten waren etwas unbequem, aber diese werden für die nächste Saison ausgetauscht. Die Vermieter waren sehr froh über diese Anmerkung damit es an nichts fehlt. Nach Zadar sind es 20 Minuten, wo es genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt. Als Strand würde ich den an der Straße Richtung Zadar empfehlen, an einem Pinienwald, mit Glasklarem Wasser und Liegemöglichkeiten nur 1m vom Wasser entfernt. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Schönes Ferienhaus, tolle Vermieter

Wir waren mit 9 Personen, für 2 Wochen im Ferienhaus. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war perfekt und unkompliziert. Filip und seine Mutter sind sehr gute und sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Vielen Dank nochmal an dieser Stelle! Das Haus und die Fotos passen gut zusammen, wobei die Fotos schon wirklich gut gemacht sind. Wenn man vor Ort genau hinsieht gibt es schon einige Ecken und Bereiche die etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind. Sehr schade war es, dass es je nach Wetterlage zum Teil sehr unangenehm in einigen Zimmern nach Kanalisation gerochen hat. Das betraf das 3-Bett-Zimmer, das Master-Bad und das kleine Bad im Master-Zimmer. Wir hatten diesbezüglich immer Kontakt mit den Vermietern. Eine schnelle Lösung konnte jedoch nicht gefunden werden. Da es jedoch nur punktuell vorkam und wir eh immer am Pool, auf der tollen Terrasse oder am Strand waren, konnten wir uns damit arrangieren. Wegen des Geruchs habe ich unter dem Punkt „Sauberkeit“ 2 Sterne abgezogen. Die Vermieter haben auf die Situation sehr positiv reagiert und die Beschwerde sehr ernst genommen. Wir bekamen als kleine Entschuldigung eine sehr sehr leckere Peka gekocht. Auch bekamen wir selbst produziertes Olivenöl, Wein und Likör. Vielen Dank. Schöne Grüße Andreas mit Familie

Tolle Unterkunft - toller Gastgeber!

Wir haben 14 Tage mit unserer Familie (8 Personen) und unseren 2 Hunden im Haus von Filip und seiner Familie verbracht. Alles war sehr gut vorbereitet und ist praktisch und sauber eingerichtet. Die Küche und die Bäder (inkl. Waschmaschine) waren fehlerfrei und funktionstüchtig. Bei Fragen waren Filip und seine Mutter stets und rasch behilflich. Sukozan und Umgebung sowie das Meer sind in ca. 15 - 20 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar und somit gut gelegen. Absolute Empfehlung für den perfekten Familienurlaub !!

Fabulous family villa

This is a great place for a big group to get together. We were six adults who love to spend time in each other’s company. The four bedrooms are all comfortable, but the biggest plus is the shared spaces: Great kitchen; choice of dining places and a superb pool (about 1.5m deep throughout). You do really need a car, with coast 10 mins away. Best supermarkets were 20 mins and Zadar old town 30 mins. Very convenient for the airport. You are fairly isolated - birdsong and water rather than buzz and bars. We loved it. The hosts were friendly, there for checking in and out.

Einfach traumhaft

Sehr saubere und komfortabele Unterkunft. Wir ( 9 Erwachsene 2 Kinder(2+5Jahre)) waren 10 Tage in diesem tollen Ferienhaus und es fehlte an nichts! Wen man Wünsche hatte erfüllten es die Besitzer sofort. Die von den Eigentümern ,für uns, zubereitete Peka war ein Traum…also unbedingt in Anspruch nehmen. Wir empfehlen es zu 100% 😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘
