Studio condo located within the Lionshead section of downtown Vail, just across from the luxurious Arrabelle Hotel and a short, 150 yard, walk to the Eagle Bahn Gondola. This property offers a fabulous balcony overlooking Lionshead with a gas fireplace and a new outdoor hot tub. Overnight parking rates at the nearby Lionshead parking structure are set by the Town of Vail though recently have been $60 a day during the high season and free during shoulder season. This place is located in the heart of Lionshead Village. Easy to walk to trails, gondolas, restaurants and shops. Great people watching from the patio. The AC struggled to keep the room cool at times, but we turned on the fan next to the bed which helped considerably.

The host was great at communicating with us and easy to reach. We enjoyed the balcony and the view into the village - especially the fact that it was right along the parade route on the 4th of July. The room was clean and having a hairdryer, iron, and humidifier there for our use was much appreciated. The close proximity to the town bus was definitely a plus. Overall, a very positive experience. Highly recommend for the Vail experience.

We loved staying here, this is the perfect size for my husband and I. It overlooks the village from the balcony and parking was convenient and easy. The hosts were gracious and very communicative.

This apartment is perfectly placed to the slopes, restaurants, and shopping that Vail has to offer. We enjoyed the facility and thought it was well kept. Would stay here again if available when visiting Vail.

This condo is ideally situated in the Lionshead area of Vail. Many great restaurants and shops are within a short walking distance. Also, a nice hike to the Ford Gardens is easy from this location. We really enjoyed having a glass of wine on the patio as we soaked in the cool weather. Communication with the owners was outstanding.

Can’t beat the location. In the heart of Lionshead and steps to the bus stop. Michael was a great host. The place is perfect for a couple. Would stay again for sure.

What makes this property unique

Parking at the Lionshead parking structure (located approximately 300 yards away) is free during the off season and $25 a day during the summer season and $50 a day during the ski season. On site parking may also be available upon arrival based on availability.
