Hi we are Ron and Mary- mostly retired! We live in Connecticut in. the summer. We LOVE Florida and we love Connecticut (when it is warm:). Bicycle riding is one thing we enjoy a lot, especially in the Venice area. We Love the island and the accessibility of everything. We think you would LOVE it too.

Why they chose this property

Walking and Walking. Down to the beach, walking to enjoy sunset. Walking to town and around, the music on the street, the friendly atmosphere and safety. No matter what time of day or night I can walk down town by myself. We also Love the restaurants, there are many good ones. Also Parking. You will always find a parking spot if you drive downtown, a FREE parking spot!!! We visited Venice several years ago and decided we needed a spot here.

What makes this property unique

The Perfect Spot close to the beach, close to town, we like the balance. We like having a wind blocked Pool for when the weather is less than warm and it is always so nice to sit and get some sun. We feel so welcome when we are there, everyone is friendly and enjoying their time. Being close to the beach is a Big Bonus and the Perfect end to the day is watching the sun sink slowly into the ocean.
