Enjoy a fully renovated 2BR lower duplex just 500ft from the beach! This fresh, modern space features all-new appliances, stylish décor, and a relaxed layout perfect for your coastal getaway. Easy walk to public beach access. Ideal for couples, families, or friends looking to unwind in comfort near the ocean. Pets are welcome to join in on the fun, too (a small pet fee applies)! Please note that parking is on the right side of the driveway (one car behind the other). The left side of the driveway is reserved for the upstairs guests.
