Our home is completely renovated and fully equipped, all three of our bedrooms have new 32' TV's blue ray and DVD player supplied and 55' with WiFi and wireless internet in living room. Completely remodeled kitchen, granite counter tops, bathrooms fully remodeled new enclosed heated pool in private yard.
All new furniture, outside gas grill, washer & dryer, friendly non-smoking home.

Why they chose this property
We chose Bonita Springs Florida because it's 15 minutes to fort Myers Beach and Estero Island. The liveliest section is Time Square, with restaurants, shops, and Hotels.
However it does have its more tranquil side at the south end where there are pristine, soft white Beaches.

What makes this property unique
The large screened lanai and pool area is very airy, very sunny and very private with 3 large door walls from our home to the private lanai and private heated pool.
