Perfect location for beach access and the condo was comfortable. they had all the amenities that I needed and Nick was so easy to communicate with and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!

The Apartment was tight but cute …to get up the stairs was a little much for my husband who has knee issues so I had to carry everything up. I was not expecting stairs that were narrow from an older building. The Decor was nice and had everything I needed and the location was Excellent !It is an older building and it has had some updates inside from awhile ago. For me it was fine but it was painful for him.

Place is bigger than expected. It’s a small 1 bedroom apartment. It was clean - bed very comfortable. The only suggestions I have is to add a TV to the bedroom. Futton is very uncomfortable to watch TV. Needs a better sofa. The only other thing is if you are going to be kind enough to provide beach chairs and umbrella maybe upgrade. Location is good if you want a quiet time. Not near walking distance of restaurants. Actually only 1 about a 5 minute broad-walk walk. We happened to enjoy very much- not looking for crowed beach. Thank you. Hope to stay again sometime in the bear future!

I missed the parking situation, so my bad but other than over paying parking we parked close. The people above us the first night woke us up at 12:30 am continually walking hard across the floor for hours. We got maybe 2 hours of sleep! The second night was much better. The paint on the ceilings and other places were peeling. The toilet paper holder was broken and the toilet continuously ran which was just as annoying as the people our first night. It also seemed that you were masking a urine smell in the bedroom or something. Although the place seemed clean the bathroom shower floor tiles, I’m not sure they were clean, plus no hot water, I’m a northerner we like warmer than what you offered. The futon/couch was barley suitableOh yea no smoke alarms!!!As the place was quaint I think it needs better care and at this time. I cannot recommend nor will I being staying here again

We appreciate you acknowledging the parking situation was missed on your end, though it clearly shaped the rest of your experience. As for the rest, it reads more like frustration than fact. Noise from neighbors, while unfortunate, is beyond our control and we would have done something if we would have known it. Claims about lack of hot water, and missing smoke alarms are simply inaccurate and not reflective of the property’s condition. We take genuine feedback seriously, but this review is hard to consider objective. We wish you the best in finding a place that better meets your expectations.
