Countryside Holiday Apartment In Village Peresiji
Holiday apartment (4+1) is located in small Istrian village Peresiji.
Neatly maintained village PERESIJI in the hearth of the green (inland ) Istria, close to the historic San Vincenti ( Svetvincenat ) is the home of 35 local people mostly elderly generation enjoying the slow village life, quiet and homey atmosphere. More and more houses are being renovated and rented for agro-tourism.
The house is well equipped for the families with children, offering fenced garden (150m2), temporary swimming pool (549 x 274 cm), sunbeds and safe village surrounding. Near the house is children playground. Cosy barbecue dinners under the stars will be kept in your memory long after your vacation.
The location of the house is good starting point for daily excursions, visiting old little towns in the neighborhood or searching for the traditional inns and taverns with home made cuisine. Different stone and pebble beaches are reachable within 30 minutes drive.
Apartment (63m2) is on the 1st floor of the house, consists of:

Sauberes Appartment zum Wohlfühlen als perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in Istrien
Das Appartment ist im ersten Stock eines Familienhauses gelegen und hat einen eigenen Eingang und einen kleinen Vorgarten mit Pool. Die Besitzer sind sehr gastfreundlich und gleichzeitig auf die Privatsphäre der Gäste bedacht. Die Lage des kleinen Weiler Peresiji vor dem Ort Svetvincenat ist perfekt für Ausflüge in Istrien in alle Richtungen.
Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und können diese Unterkunft sehr gerne weiterempfehlen!
