This Rental was beautiful and very spacious! All the amenities you would need are there and we were very comfortable. The decor was amazing and we loved cosy up by the fireplace. The hot tub was a bonus as well! We would definitely stay here again if we visited Estes Park.

Place was great. The only few recommendations I have would be to get a space heater for the garage. Also the beds were terribly uncomfortable, the mattresses. The pull out couch was more comfortable than the bed mattresses. Kitchen setup was great. Thanks for letting us stay!

Thank you for your objective feedback Angela. Very sorry you didn’t like the beds. Most guests write us afterwards and ask us where we got the mattress because it was so comfortable. As you can imagine it’s very difficult to meet everyone’s needs and preferences but we do try our hardest. Hope you have a Merry Christmas!

Well kept place with great amenities including hot tub and fireplace outside. Television in living room and bedrooms and awesome bonus game room. Kitchen was nice to cook in and came with most all the supplies we needed. The condo kept my kids and husband relaxed and comfy with things to do while I was at a conference. Easy access to everything in Estes!

Great property and well equipped. Only small issue is that it is 1/2 of a duplex. this was not obvious from the listing and did lead to a few parking related issues, but fortunately everyone worked together.

The home is very spacious. Our family time was full of laughter and entertainment in the game room. The kitchen is very equipped with all the amenities including spices for preparing meals. At the end of the night ever relaxed in the hot tub.

This is a lovely place to stay. It has everything you need for a great time away. Parking is difficult especially if you have more than 2 vehicles, so you need to be creative. You cannot park in the garage. The bedding is wonderful, with very firm mattresses. The fire pit was such a big hit to sit at during morning coffee and at night to watch the stars. I would have enjoyed having more communication through email instead of the app, especially for check in/check out instructions to make sure everyone was on the same page as far as check out time. Our listing said 11 am check out but then received a text that check out was at 10 am.
