Safe and quiet location with convenient off-street parking. Grabbed a local brew across the street, and great coffee and muffins from the coffee shop below the unit!

A very nice studio apartment in the Lincoln Park area of Duluth. The apartment was clean and bright. There is a coffee shop on the first floor, along with other shops. The brewery across the street has a nice side yard. Everywhere we went was dog friendly. Great place for a couple, with or without the dog!

Location was excellent. Lovely shops, painting classes, and coffee in building. Less than a 5 minute walk from multiple breweries and great restaurants. Spacious enough in a one bedroom to lounge

Melissa - We're delighted to hear you enjoyed your time at the Enger Lofts. Having Bent Paddle Brewery just across the street is definitely a perk, and we’re glad you were able to take advantage of that. We’d love to welcome you back anytime for another stay,
This property is in a great location with lots of eateries close by. It’s also very close to Canal Park & downtown Duluth. The only problem we encountered was with the showerhead. It definitely needs to be replaced! The rainhead would not stay in place.

We were in town for a family celebration. We know Duluth well as we once e lived here. This location is prime for great food options, safe evening hanging out in the neighborhood, and ease to interstate for other areas of Duluth and surrounding area. We brought a dog and it was easy to maneuver for outdoor needed. Cute local shops close by which we visited. The host saw us bring in our e bikes and offered us storage in the downstairs bike closet. Really appreciated that. Well stocked kitchen. Washer and dryer worked well. Would frequent this place again.
