Not Charming

The description of the property is incorrect. There are 2 bedrooms and ONE queen bed, not 2 as stated. Bunk beds are in the second room. Says it sleeps 6, however it’s really 4. We had 5 and one person had to take the couch. The property is NOT a whole house as stated, it’s a house that has been divided up and you access through a side door. Main house is upfront. It’s old and dated. Killed a cockroach as soon as we got in with another in the bathroom. Air conditioning could not keep up at 74 degree and ran constantly. Sheets on bunk beds were grungy and worn out. Pillows and mattress on queen are bottom barrel products. Shower door is glass and dangerous at best. I actually do not want to pay a dime for our stay. By far the worst rental experience I’ve ever had. Tried contacting host via VRBO message, NO reply at any point.
