Located at the Honua Kai Resort in the Konea Tower. Our studio has a fabulous 6th floor ocean view on Kaanapali Beach. This spacious 6th floor studio is an elegant place for a total Maui experience.

Would definitely recommend

This property was so cute and had a great location. You can see the ocean while laying in bed. My family stayed at a different location and my brother said if they ever come back they will try and request this place over the place they had booked. I can’t wait to go back!

Great location and excellent amenities

This was a great place to stay in the middle of our 2 week trip. We enjoyed seeing the whales from our balcony, lunch at Dukes, the sunset on the beach and all while getting laundry done!

Family getaway with infant

My husband, 4 month old daughter and I had a wonderful time in Roger’s beautiful condo. The space has everything you need for a comfortable stay—fully stocked kitchen, coolers for grocery shopping, a pack and play for a baby, and is much more. The bed is comfy, view is great, the resort amenities are super, and there is an amazing fish shop down the road. We loved staying here!

We love staying at honua kai. Unit 621 was perfect for my husband and I. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. We can’t wait to come back again!!

35th Anniversary Trip

We had a wonderful stay in the condo. There was a beautiful view! The condo was well stocked with everything we needed. We made most of our meals there and enjoyed the view from the balcony. The communication with the owner was very helpful. We would love to stay here again! This was a perfect location for our Anniversary trip!

Great room and great property manager!

Roger goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. The unit has an amazing view and everything you need for a nice relaxing vacation. Was perfect for me and my girls. We will definite return to this unit in the future! Thank you Roger for making our stay amazing!

What an amazing stay!

This was our first stop on our Hawaii trip and it spoiled us for the rest of our vacation - nothing even came close to comparing! The unit was spectacular with every amenity you could want… the resort was lovely. My only complaint was that the fitness center was always hot - but besides that I have nothing bad to say. Thank you, Roger, for sharing your home with us! I hope we are back one day.

This property was bigger and nicer than we expected. Absolutely perfect for our honeymoon. Fully stocked kitchen. Beautiful lanai. The bed and pillows were a little uncomfortable. Property manager was awesome. Highly recommend.

During every step of our experience our expectations were exceeded! Starting with the booking process, conversations and emails prior to our visit, our meet and greet with the property manager upon arrival and our entire stay at this beautiful condo resort would be best described as "above and beyond"! My husband and I would like to return here someday and we will highly recommend this place to our family and friends looking for a visit in Maui.

Fantastic studio and location!

This studio was perfect for 3 of us and super comfortable. The location was nothing less than spectacular. The host Roger was in constant communication from before I even booked up until I checked out. Breakfast on the lanai was awesone. The recommendations for where to visit and eat heloed a ton. We saw turtles on the beach in front of the property and even spotted a celebrity at the pool. I would recommend this condo to anybody and will definitely stay here again. Thanks for a tremendous vacation and stay!

My husband and I stayed a week in Roger's condo and loved it! The condo was very well appointed (although it was a studio it was perfect for two people and was very spacious) with new appliances and the kitchen was stocked with everything you would need if you wished to cook or use the BBQs. Roger's unit has a great location in the property with a wonderful view of the ocean. We found the condo and the property spotless and very well maintained. The pools, restaurant and of course beach were all wonderful. We look forward to staying here again!

Maui for a wedding

We came to Maui for a friend's wedding. The condo had everything we needed for a great stay. The kitchen came with all the amenities. There were boogie boards, chairs, and even a cooler for our beach trips. There is a ice machine in the underground parking lot so you don't have to buy ice from the store. The view from the lanai is amazing and relaxing. We were able to go jogging every morning along with boardwalk which is literally in front of the property. The only two downsides were: 1) The unit above us sounded like they were doing a 24 hour furniture move 2) The later it gets, the less chance you will find parking in the underground parking garage. Other than that, it was a great place to stay!

Perfect little piece of paradise

My husband and I had a great stay at this property. It was the perfect size for two people but also had a pullout couch that would be great for kids or a third adult. The balcony had a view of the pools and ocean and was great in the mornings to sit outside with coffee and breakfast. The studio had everything we needed to make meals in the condo. Having access to a washer and dryer in the unit was a plus. The AC worked great on the hot Hawaii days! There was two beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a beach cooler available for use. The complex has a great gym as well as pools with poolside service daily from Dukes restaurant. We hung out at the quiet pool which is much more relaxing if you are traveling without children. The owner of the studio was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had and made it an easy. We would definitely recommend this place especially for couples or two people traveling. We hope to come back next year!

Absolutely amazing!

We had such a wonderful stay! Everything is just as what we read on the site description. Roger is so very generous and helpful every step of the way from the moment we reserved the unit till we checked out. We had to go back and forth a bit between two towers for checkin but it was caused by miscommunications amongst the bellmen I think, and Roger was always there to guide us through. It was such a beautiful view we woke up to every single day. The sofa bed was so comfortable for our 6-yr-old. We find the space perfect for the three of us. There are enough pools to go around for our kid and her friends who stayed at the same resort. The beach also kept them busy for hours, from chasing the wave to building all sorts of sand things. We would love to come back next year if circumstances allow! The parking is free and the location is quite convenient. There are stops and Safeway within a short 7 minute drives. Thank you Roger for allowing your unit to be a blessing to me and my family! Aloha and Mahalo!

Fantastic studio with a view that pictures don’t really do justice. The actual lanai view was much better in both of our opinions! There are numerous pools to choose from in a very well maintained property. Having Dukes restaurant on-site is an added plus. Hula Pie anyone??? Honua Kai is located in a perfect spot at the north end of the Kaanapali Beach boardwalk. I am not sure you can find too many beaches to take a morning walk that rival this one.The studio is stocked with bathroom basics and very well stocked with kitchen needs. Not sure if I have ever stayed anywhere that had a whole bean coffee grinder! There were 4 beach chairs, nice sun umbrella, coolers and one more thing in the closet that I did not open!I don’t think we were on the property more than an hour when my wife proclaimed we are not staying anywhere else when we visit Maui. It also did not hurt that my wife is an animal lover and there are numerous “domesticated feral” cats all up and down the boardwalk that are very well cared for!Definitely recommend and hope to stay here in the future!

I can't say enough about how wonderful this trip was for us. Roger and his wife were amazingly helpful and such hospitable hosts. We had an hour long conversation the morning after we booked and they had so many tips and answered all my questions. This was our first trip to Maui and could not of been more perfect. The Honua Kai property was beautiful and very well taken care of. You can't beat the views, the beautiful beach, so many pool options and spacious manicured grounds. The condo was incredibly clean, updated and fully stocked with everything you could need. the bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. Having the washer and drier was such a bonus. Went home with minimal dirties! We love starting our morning and ending our evening sitting on the lanai. Being set back from the pools made it fairly quiet but you did not lose the amazing ocean views. Thank you for sharing your home with us, we can't wait to come back!

Perfect Choice

The property was exactly what my wife and I needed for our honeymoon. It was stocked with all of the essentials, had the perfect view, was incredibly clean and organized, and the in unit laundry was a huge bonus.If we’re ever lucky enough to go back to Maui this space would be the first place we look for accommodations again

My wife and I grew up on the coast of Southern California, spending our youth on the beaches of Venice and Santa Monica. We moved to Salt Lake City in the late 70's, returning to the beach in California in 2021, where we currently live.

We wanted a luxury beach property with first-class on-site amenities and a forever unobstructed ocean view. This Honua Kai Condominium was the answer.

What makes this property unique

A fabulous full ocean view overlooking the resort to the island of Lanai, which can be enjoyed from the living area, lanai, and even the luxurious king bed.

This resort offers everything you could want, fabulous pools, hot tubs, on-property restaurant and gourmet deli/market. It's on the ocean and faces west ... what a view of the famous Maui sunsets. During whale season, we can see them right from our condo lanai!
