Unforgettable ski trip

We spent 6 wonderful days at Vail, 2 families of 4 and 6 persons, from 14yo to 49yo. Amazing property, with housekeeping service, amenities and full support from the Arrabelle Hotel.

Vail Gore Creek Chalet

Great house. We were a bit unlucky hot water system was broke for 2 days. This was very frustrating and little communication from property managers. The house had daily servicing which was annoying as some days they were in the house for 4 plus hours. The most frustrating part of this booking was getting confirmation of the properties

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear about the issues with the hot water and communication. We understand the inconvenience caused by the servicing schedule and are reviewing processes to minimize disruption. Your input is valuable, and we appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention.
