Enjoy sensational Ocean and garden views and resort style living in our spacious Penthouse condo. This is a two-story condo with an upstairs master bedroom with king bed. 47-inch flat screen tv and a roof-top balcony that features a gorgeous ocean view with balcony height tables with seating for eight and two lounge chairs. The downstairs living room features a private balcony with fabulous views of the ocean, tropical landscaping, koi pond and pools and a living room complete with cozy fireplace, a 55 inch flat screen TV, and sleeper sofa. The second bedroom is very large with two double beds complete with flat screen and Wi-Fi. The unit comes complete with all necessities for your beach enjoyment, including beach towels, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, beach toys and ice chest. The kitchen has new granite counters, and all amenities needed to prepare a light snack or a multi course meal. We welcome you with a basket of snacks.

To enjoy the complex amenities, you can take a stroll through the lush tropical courtyard landscaping and discover the Koi Pond, the putting green, the immaculate barbeque area, the gorgeous free-form heated pool and Jacuzzi. Locate the recreation room and inspect the quality of the health club equipment, the sauna room, the billiard and foosball tables, explore the library and the ping pong rooms. There are well equipped laundry facilities in each building. Feel comfortable that the gated complex is protected with 24-hour security.
Take a jog or leisurely walk along the beach and head down to the harbor which includes activities such as: fine dining, jet ski and or kayak rental, sailboat excursions, and even deep-sea fishing trips. Walk south along the ocean towards the pier and enjoy activities such as: fishing, surfing, fire rings fine dining/breweries, and even a 16-screen movie theater.
Other southern California activities include driving down and visiting areas such as Los Angeles and or San Diego area. Between these locations are numerous amusements parks conveniently located such as: Disneyland, Knott’s berry farm, Legoland, San Diego Zoo, and the wild animal park.

Strip sofa bed sheets, it is not necessary to strip other beds. Unplug coffee maker and toaster.
Clean FOREMAN GRILL if used.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Occupancy is limited to 6 guests including infants, $500 fine for exceeding these limits.

The condo was just perfect for our family. It had everything we needed for our little one - travel crib as well as beach toys. And plenty of beach supplies- chairs, umbrella, boogie boards for the adults. Condo was clean, well supplied and comfortable with the added special touch of the welcome goodie basket! Wonderful proximity to beach with tons of amenities at the apartment complex.

Great location right on the IRONMAN Oceanside run course. Making it super convenient for race week. Close to the beach and a great pool and hot tub at the complex.

Wonderful place to say with wonderful host

We love coming to Oceanside and staying at North Coast Village. It is our favorite place to stay. This condo was perfect for my husband and our married daughter's family. It had everything we needed to make our week-long stay complete. When we need a two-bedroom condo again we would love to stay here again.

Amazing Beach Destination

We spent a week enjoying the beach and the North Coast Village. The views from the lower balcony were very nice for morning coffee and relaxing in the evening. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen nicely equipped. It is a short walk out to the beach with beautiful sand and waves and boogie boarding. We had a wonderful time.

Oceanside 1/2 Ironman - Prime Location

We didn't spend much time in the condo or use the facilities as we were in town for the 1/2 ironman. However, the condo location was excellent and was very well stocked with kitchen spices, utensils, cloths etc.

Fantastic spot, with fantastic owners

Had a great experience with Diane and George's condo. Location was great for easy access to both the harbor and downtown Oceanside. The upstairs deck has amazing views of the ocean, along with plenty of sun. Diane was also incredibly responsive to our questions, and unfailingly helpful. We're looking forward to staying here again next year.

We had the best time for fall break and loved everything about this unit, very well maintained and super clean:) had everything we needed while we were there. We had a wonderful time. Location is perfect. We were visiting my son at Camp Pendleton… minutes away. The condo was very comfortable and welcoming. Met the owner during the stay and had a great conversation. All in all great stay.

Diane was very helpful in helping us find the property. The listing looked just like the photos, we had an excellent time.
