The suite was very well appointed, had everything you need while away. It is located in an industrial area, attached to a heavy equipment garage and surrounded by gravel, drive sheds, mini storage and old equipment. There was very little drive by traffic, no work being done nearby, so apart from being a bit surprising, the location wasn’t bad. A very short drive to town, and surrounded by mountains. I couldn’t see a pickleball court or any amenities for vacation renters, but we left early and came home late.

Spacious apartment

This is a clean, well-furnished, spacious apartment, with a bed-sitting room on the first floor and a good-sized lounge/dining/kitchen area on the second. Large windows frame mountain views. The location might not be for everyone; while convenient both to the town and nearby recreation, it is the only residential structure in an area of industrial and storage buildings. Even so, the apartment was quiet except for the occasional truck pulling in or out. Good value if you can overlook a somewhat unprepossessing facade.
