The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please take all trash and recycling to the dumpster in the parking lot inside the gate.
Leave the 4 beach badges on the kitchen table. Reminder any missing badges cost $100.
Put the 2 front door keys back in the lock box.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Tenants agree to abide by the Borough's local laws and ordinances regarding noise/disturbing the peace, trash, recycling and underage drinking.
Tenants agree to maintain the rental in good order and to surrender it in the same condition as received and as reasonable wear and tear permit.
Smoking in the home will be a $500 fine. Beach Badges lost are $100 each. These will be claimed from the damage protection.

So if you have never been to the Jersey shore then this place is for you. It’s a little small and very limited seating. Best for a couple and no more. It’s in the basement of the unit ans the kitchen wasn’t fully stocked. It had some stuff but not everything. If you plan on doing a long weekend it’s fine. It is steps from the beach and boardwalk so that’s a huge positive. Ac worked so we kept cool. It was a place to lay our heads and close to the beach. Like I said if you are a couple with no kids and want a close to the beach and boardwalk place then go for it. James was great communicating he responded right away. I would say it’s a 6/10. The other units are probably bigger and nicer we had unit 2 in the basement. Not terrible but not great.
