Colorado Comfort in this brand new 2.5 bedroom house with Hot Tub.
Enjoy a comfortable stay in this brand-new house. Two of the bedrooms feature queen beds and the other is an office space with an option for a twin bed. The master bath and closet are spacious and comfortable. Enjoy a nice soak on the patio in the hot tub (coming mid-June). Smart TV in the living room. Washer/Dryer on site. The 2 car garage offers convenience for your vehicles. Many nearby things to do and see including Lake Pueblo. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and large refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water. This is a duplex unit, but the other side is quiet and private as well. Pueblo West is conveniently located just about 10 minutes from Pueblo, 2 hours south of Denver, and an hour from Colorado Springs. The community is safe and friendly.
The riverwalk in Pueblo is a nice area to explore and Union Ave features many unique shops. Pueblo West is a nice area and spacious so you often have a nice view and can enjoy seeing deer roaming into the yard.
