Beautiful house! Very clean. Quiet neighborhood. Easy access to Vala Pumpkin Patch. Host was easy to communicate with. The fooseball and ping pong tables were a hit with the kids
We were a group of 3 families with children ranging from 17-4. There were 12 of us in total and we fit comfortably in this house. Everyone had a bed and plenty of bathrooms to accommodate us. Everything was great. The only complaints we had were that the only grill available was charcoal- and not enough pots/pans kitchen things available to cook for a large group. We would absolutely stay here again!

The instructions for the thermostat needed to be somewhere. We could not adjust and froze the 3 days that we were there. I contacted the host about it, but got no response. The house appeared to be clean, but ants on the dining room floor because of the food under the rug. There was food under the fridge also. The bedrooms were clean and bathrooms excellent. Great place to stay with a family but just needed the kitchen cleaned better and the ant problem taken care of.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear you found the bedrooms and bathrooms clean and that the home was comfortable for your family.
We’re very sorry to hear about your experience with the thermostat. We did respond during your stay with guidance, but it seems there may have been a miscommunication. To make things clearer, we’ve since added written instructions in the home so guests can easily adjust the temperature.
Regarding cleanliness, we’ve spoken with our cleaning team to ensure rugs and appliances are checked thoroughly, and we’ve had pest control address the ant concern to prevent it from happening again.
We truly value your input and are committed to making each guest experience as smooth as possible. We hope we’ll have the chance to welcome you back in the futur

Neighborhood is new and modern which was nice, felt safe, appreciated having a garage for our car. Unfortunately, the inside of the home did not feel very clean or homey. The downstairs did not smell fresh, and it just felt like the bare minimum was done to make it appear presentable. The hand soap bottles were not new and refilled with a different product than what was originally in them, there were marks and smudges on the walls, small dead bugs on the floor inside near the garage, and the presentation of one of the rooms included a broken fan chain laying on the dresser and the side tables were sticking out awkwardly causing us to be careful not to stub our feet. Overall, would not likely recommend, has potential to be a nice home, but this home needs some TLC.
We shared this house with my sister-in-law and her family, and it was so perfect for our two families. Four adults and eleven kids? No problem! Everyone had a bed, the older teens had spaces away from the younger kids, and there were plenty of bathrooms to go around. The kitchen had enough pots and pans and other cooking utensils for us to feed our small army, and there were plenty of plates and cutlery and glasses. We especially appreciated that there were plastic cups as well as glass ones so that we didn't have to worry about the younger kids using them. The ping pong table in the basement was a particularly big hit, and really great for breaking the ice amongst cousins who hadn't seen each other for a couple of years. The back yard is securely fenced in so even the youngest could play outside with out parents worrying about their getting lost.We couldn't quite figure out the fancy thermostat, but the host quickly answered our questions about it so we could adjust the temperature as needed. This is not a cozy house, but it was clean and bright, with lots of natural light. Everyone could spread out and spend time together without stepping on each others' toes, which was exactly what we needed.
This is a beautiful home that met or exceeded our needs. The home was clean and the beds were comfortable.Other than a misunderstanding on the set up of beds our stay was perfect. Each room only has one bed with the exception of the bunk room. I thought one of the other bedrooms had 2 beds from the description. We were able to adjust for our needs and had a great stay. Thanks for a great stay!!
