The unit we stayed in was older, but still very nice. You can tell that updates to the property are being made. Our only hope is that the pool has some work done on it. We know it is a community pool, so not the owner’s responsibility, but it needs repairs as the paint is peeling up from the bottom of the pool.

Water pressure was horrible and even enough pressure to take a shower.Bedroom was infested with fleas? Pool was clean, but hot tub was sealed off and both in need of repair. The overall property was clean.

for most part it was clean, the bedrooms were fine and located pretty good proximity to everything. The rug under the kitchen table was never vacuumed and gross amount of crumbs and dirt. the pull out sofa was stained and really need a new one. I took off the cushions and refused to pull it out for my son to sleep on. even siting on the sofa was a no for me. Otherwise kitchen and bedrooms clean. really need some decent chairs for the deck to sit in, really beaten up. next time, def choosing a different property

Very spacious home! We were all able to relax after a day of activities and were able to cook meals which is great to save time and money. We also worked a few days during the week and had space and WiFi for that. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool as well. Location could not have been better! You can hear the train from Dollywood, it’s right next door. Kids spent the day at Soaky Mountain which was only about a 20 minute drive. Super close to Gatlinburg and the Trails. Close to stores and a ton of other activities. Also within an hour to get to UTK. Fantastic communication with our hosts as well!
