Elizabethtown is home to this holiday home. Brown Pusey House and The Cannonball are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Saunders Springs Nature Preserve and Elizabethtown City Park.
This is one of the better hosts I've used in the past several years! There were a lot of amenities, which doesn't always happen. Property itself was great and in a perfect location to downtown E-Town.
Smack dab in the middle of downtown. Next to a movie theater, museum, and city hall. E-town has a great cute little downtown. The home is beautiful and old and has plenty of space and cooking area.
We had a great stay. We drove about an hour to Mammoth Cave a couple times, visited the Lincoln birthplace which wasn't too far and also the Trolls at Bernheim forest, which was about 40 minutes away. The 8 of us fit comfortably with room to spare. All bedrooms are a great size. I appreciated the extra touches and high quality toilet paper, everything needed for our stay was there. Plenty of room for several cooks in the kitchen and open space to gather. Very cute, tastefully vibrant house with a lot of art to admire. We parked in the back with ease, were walking distance to the town center, and a quick drive to the grocery store. The kids enjoyed foosball loudly and it wasn't a problem because the neighbors aren't close. We walked to, and ate at "J.R. Neighbors" and the staff was friendly and the burgers were delicious and fresh.
