Located in Oceanside, on the beautiful California coast, this three-bedroom, three- full bathroom home sleeps eight and has room for the whole family! Great location, but there is some train noise. Oceanside Rocks Beachside Vacation Home offers free WiFi and a spacious yard. As a gated home, you will also enjoy free 2 car private parking. With a full kitchen and rustic dining table, feel free to cook up a storm for family dinners. There is a front yard with an outdoor dining table. Two hot tubs available upon request. There is also an outdoor shower. This vacation home is two doors down from Wisconsin Market, a favorite local spot for snacks and spirits. Your stay comes with a complimentary surfboard rental upon request. During your stay at the Oceanside Rocks Beachside Home, you will enjoy a full kitchen with a microwave, fridge and spacious family room along with a seating area and a dining area. The three full bathrooms come with fresh towels and bed linens. Book your reservation today! Cats and dogs are allowed.

DEPOSIT: $100 refundable damages deposit. Once booked host will send deposit request through Vrbo link.

HOT TUB POLICY AND FEES: 2 hot tubs available on property. Hot tubs free to use part of the stay

The house is in a great location. Loved the yard and that it was fenced in with a rolling gate for cars to come and go in driveway so dogs were safe to hang out. The host was very friendly and got back to me with any questions right away. Just a couple doors down is a little store that pretty much has everything in case you need something which was very convenient. Friendly neighbors. Just a quick walk to the beach. Would come back again.

We stayed 2 weeks with family, 4 adults and 2 kids, and everyone was comfortable. Having a full kitchen really helps with kids. Only word of caution is the steps within the house; the kitchen is 2 steps up, the bedrooms are either 1 or 3 steps up from the main living floor. Also, floors were not very clean when we first arrived but otherwise, the house had everything we needed. Enjoyed the outside space and yard. Great stay. Great location. Would definitely stay here again.

The property is roomy, yes, and in close proximity to the beach. Place looks trafficked, in need of a refresh. Not a lot of “comforts”. Beds fairly comfortable, pillows were thin. Older bathrooms and tired decor overall. Kitchen entrance, metal screened security door would not close or lock. Windows, some damaged and wouldn’t open. Outdoor seating needs cleaning. Patio, area was dirty, lights at outdoor counter not working. Plus’s are: bocce, croquet and outdoor game supplies, laundry, and location near beach.It sits right at train tracks and is loud.
