This cozy condo has been newly updated, with all new floors, living room furniture, New stove and Bathroom. It has wireless internet, but most importantly the best views of Vail mountain and Vail village. It is set where you can catch the bus quickly (and get a seat) to the village and ski resort. There is shopping and restaurants close by.
It is an experience you will remember for a life time.
There is a designated parking spot, it is large enough for a full size car or small/med SUV. But large trucks and SUV may need to park on street before your pull into parking space.

Host was very responsive and helpful. Condo was in a great location and you couldn’t get closer to the buss route. Condo had everything needed for my ski trip. Would definitely recommend staying there.

Indeed fantastic views of Vail Mountain, perfect for watching the NYE fireworks. And indeed, very easy commute to the mountain via the bus stop right in front. There were a couple minor issues with aging unit infrastructure, which were totally surmountable and quickly addressed by the host once we messaged them. Sounds like these will be upgraded/ fixed in summer of 2026.

Conveniently located right on the shuttle stop to the Vail Transit Center. Functional use of space given the fairly small square footage. Updated bathroom. Old building so the ceilings are not sound insulated at all. We could hear the people in the upstairs unit all night long so we had to get ear plugs to fall asleep. The hosts were reasonably responsive and we're thankful for their assistance with check-in.

4th of July weekend stay

This was a great stay in a great location. Quick easy drive to Lionshead and the fun summer mountain activities, and able to see the fireworks from the balcony. Would definitely stay again.

It’s an older property, clean and well maintained, w/ Great view of Vail and Lionshead ski areas across I 70. There is no on site manager. No one to answer questions.

Amazing location & cozy spot!

This was our third time staying in this wonderful spot and we cannot recommend it enough! Super easy bus access, beautiful views, and an incredibly cozy space that is lovingly kept! We enjoyed the new king bed this year. Thank you for sharing your wonderful mountain home!

Great place

My son and I spent a long weekend skiing at Vail. Perfect place for us. Clean, comfortable and a great kitchen. Easy access to the bus with a 10 min ride to the transportation center by the gondola. Very pleased with our experience.

Spectacular Stay

We had a fantastic visit! Condo was easy to access with shuttle stop right out front. The check in process was easy. The condo was clean and updated. The view was superb! The host was responsive with requests. It worked well for the two of us but wouldn’t recommend a larger group.

Late Season Vail Ski Trip

I stayed at the condo for 4 nights for a late season ski trip. The condo was fantastic. The view of the mountain is excellent and it was super cozy watching the snow cats with the deck edison lights on and the fireplace. The bus pick up to Vail Village is just steps away from the condo. I cooked my dinners at home and the kitchen had all the utensils, and a good selection of main spices I needed. The king bed was super comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location

Location and views are spectacular!!! I felt like the view was better here than if we were in the village! So easy to ride the bus to the gondola! Family of 4 with 2 teen boys (16 and 13 yrs old) and the beds accommodated us all! It is small but we travel in our RV a lot so we are used to it and this place was perfect for us! Cozy, perfect location, easy getting to/from the village and lifts! Would definitely recommend!

A perfect pow pow ski weekend

Lovely quaint, well decorated and upgraded condo, perfect for a couple. Close to all amenities and the shuttle to the ski hill. No kettle for tea, it was nice to have some Keurig for coffee as a back up. There is nice book to record your memories which we did, however it would have been good to have bus schedule included. Overall, outstanding, we would stay there again!

Our names are Dave and Vicki Moran. Dave has been skiing Vail since he was 6 and we started coming up regularly in 1999. We put our children through ski and snow board schools and now our children are having children and we look forward to bring them into the experience.

Why they chose this property

We loved the family condo, which is 2 condos down from this one. We decided to buy our own when our family expanded and wanted to stay in the same location because you could not beat the convenience and Views of this condo complex.

What makes this property unique

The views are wonderful no matter what time of year it is. You just never tire of looking out at the mountains.
