The West shore of Lake Almanor is waiting for you at this 2-bedroom house on the golf course. Nestled in a tranquil neighborhood, this beautiful golf course view property (with a peek of the lake!) offers a serene escape for guests. With a queen bed, two twin beds, and a cozy sofa (queen) bed in the living room, there's plenty of space for everyone to unwind. Situated on the golf course, enjoy the convenience of additional amenities such as the nearby boat launch, walking distance to rec area, and steps away from the clubhouse and pickleball/tennis courts. There is plenty of room for parking and trailer parking may be considered.
We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at this darling place.
Enjoy time on the front deck enjoying the lake breeze, or spread out on the back deck to enjoy watching the golfers, light up the BBQ, or play yard games such as cornhole!
The fully stocked kitchen includes a full size refrigerator, Keurig/coffee station, and a dining table that seats 8 for meals and board games. Two smart TVs are available to stream your favorite channels and wi-fi is provided via StarLink.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
No need to strip the beds--just leave them unmade and we will do the rest. Leave all used towels in the shower.
Failure to return key to boat launch will result in a $250 non-refundable charge. Just leave on the table, please!
There is a trash can located in the carport cabinet. Deposit your trash there--this protects garbage from curious and hungry animals!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
