Guest who use the grill are responsible for cleaning the grill. The neighborhood is a new construction site. The location is a hidden gem on the outskirt of Huntsville. There are restaurants that are close by and walkable and two publix about a five minute drive in either direction.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Move all dirty laundry to the laundry area by the washer & dryer. Leave mattress protectors and blankets on the beds.
Gather & Bag all trash and place all bagged trash in the dumpster in the garage,
Notify host as soon as possible the time you plan to depart, and once you have departed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
