This beautiful unit features an open and spacious floor plan, connecting the living area, kitchen and dining area! The living area hosts a plush sofa and two stylish chairs and a comfy papasan, a brand-new LCD HD television, and best of all, beachfront balcony access! Sprawling glass sliding doors give way to the expansive balcony, where you can enjoy your morning coffee.
The fully equipped kitchen offers upgraded stainless-steel appliances, a double sink, plenty of counter space and a wet bar area! The dining area is adjacent to the living room and offers seating for 6, with additional seating for two at the breakfast bar. The master suite is equally impressive, boasting a king bed with quality mattress, beautiful furnishings and large windows cascading with natural light, and an ensuite bath with a jetted tub and separate walk-in shower!
