Beautiful home great location

House was better than shown. Location is fantastic in relation to beach and other activities. Will definitely look to stay here again.

The house was good for our needs. The beach was close and an easy walk. The house needs some TLC. There are scuff marks and a lot of screw holes all over the house. The pool area was overgrown with weeds that have stickers. Our dog and kids kept getting them stuck on them. I called the maintenance guy and he removed them the next day. The middle floor A/C stopped working and the maintenance guy came out same day to fix it. The bottom floor has a moldy smell to it. The furniture in the house has stains and is lumpy. Furthermore, the upstairs couch does not have back support and is broken is multiple spots. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but let down by how much we paid and how the house was overall.

Beach Hop was a beach blast!

The property is just a few steps to the beach…. Still have a nice beach view & wonderful sunset view! Decorated very nicely…. Several levels of stairs but enjoyed the exercise! Didn’t get to enjoy the pool but it is truly in the backyard! Great rental…. Love the openness of kitchen & living room.. TVs in all BRs

Great house, great location!

We had a really great time for our annual family trip. The pool was right behind the house, which was very convenient. The beach was a super easy walk! The kitchen was well equipped and all of the beds were pretty comfortable. There was plenty of space, although we did have to eat in shifts. I would suggest maybe adding another table in the open space behind the couch next to the balcony windows just to make more room for eating. It was clean upon arrival. All in all, this place was wonderful and we hope to be back!

Beach hop

Great location! Right next to the pool and only steps from the beach. Easy walk to the trading post. The house was comfortable however could use some love. Lots of chipped paint, scuff marks and rusted bathroom fixtures in the master bath. Bottom floor top bunks were loose and needed to be tightened. Also 2 king size beds were listed and only one was a king. Overall a good stay.

Loved the short walk to the beach!

Our family has extended family came together at this beach house! The home was easy to find, priced well and very close walk to the beach. House was well stocked and a beautiful home. However we did see several roaches (alive) during our stay, and noticed mold in the air vents and around the bathroom mirrors. The pool was not yet in and they were going to start the construction during our stay which we contacted them about and we’re met with a quick response that they would not start until we departed which was much appreciated. Lastly we did struggle with biting flies… never experienced those before at a beach but read that it was common in the fall for this area. Overall we had a wonderful stay, enjoyed the home and space provided.
