Escape to this stunning newly built (2024) lakefront retreat. Nestled in the heart of East Texas, this peaceful getaway offers breathtaking waterfront views and a relaxing atmosphere for the whole family.

Located in Gladewater, the antique capital of East Texas, you’ll love exploring the charming downtown area and fantastic restaurants. Plus, with Tyler, Longview, Kilgore, and Gilmer all within a 30-minute drive, you’re never far from adventure, shopping and lots of restaurants.

You can walk into the water to swim or get in from the pier. It’s about 5’ deep at the end of the pier. You’ll need to bring your own life jackets. Swim at your own risk.

Cool house with a great view!

The kitchen is spacious and very well stocked. We loved the open design of the kitchen/living area. It allowed us to visit while also preparing meals at the large island. It was very clean and we enjoyed the large patio facing the lake. We also had many opportunities to watch the numerous deer in the yard. We will stay here again!

Fantastic Lake House Property

We recently stayed at this property and it was absolutely one of the best properties we have ever stayed in . This beautiful lake front home has it all. The big porch was just the right place for us to sit and relax and enjoy the view. The inside of the home is absolutely beautiful !! We definitely enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back !! The pictures don’t do it justice. This property is beautiful. Extremely clean. Peaceful lake. Lots of deer and nature. We could count up to 11 deer at one time! Kitchen could have been better stocked. Just a keurig not a coffe pot, no sugar, butter, syrup, condiments, etc. Great place though. Highly recommend.

This place was amazing!! The scenery was breathtaking. My family and I loved every minute we were there. Checking in was simple. The host was on top of everything from the time I got there. Kitchen was big enough for our family to make meals. The whole house was clean and spacious. Rooms are just like the pictures and we had room for all our stuff. The walk to the pier was easy for my parents. They can’t walk to much but they handle the small downhill and uphill pretty good. The pier was perfect for our fishing. I really couldn’t ask for more. My family enjoyed the whole week we were there so I’m happy about that. I would definitely rent again in the future. Perfect place for a getaway from our busy life’s.
