*** Lagoon repairs are scheduled to start January 3. They will be drained, cleaned out and the liner will be replaced. The project is scheduled to take 8-10 weeks and is scheduled to be completed by 5/1/2024 weather permitting.
SPRINKLER LINES IN GARAGE AT SEACREST BEING REPLACED 2024. All sprinkler lines in Buildings 2 and 3 are being replaced. Work in Building 3 will Start April 8th so areas of that will be blocked off and access into the garages will be adjusted based on where the work is being done. As soon as Building 3 is completed, work will begin in Bldg 2 and that is scheduled to be completed by June 21st.
