Exceptional 2-bedroom, 2-bath oceanfront villa is located in building three on the second floor at the SeaCrest Resort. Enjoy your morning coffee from your two private balconies overlooking the pool and the Atlantic Ocean. The upscale renovated kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and lovely granite countertops that host a breakfast bar for four. The updated bathrooms have frameless showers, garden tubs, and double vanities with granite countertops. Beautifully furnished and well-appointed, this spectacular villa is perfect for your next Hilton Head vacation!

In addition to your bed and bath linen set up, The Vacation Company provides beach towels for your stay. One less thing you need to pack!

SeaCrest is in the heart of the Coligny beach area. Nearby Coligny Beach Park is minutes away and provides water fountains children can play in, restrooms, and oceanside swings. Guests can visit Coligny Plaza directly across the street, a must-see destination with over 60 shops, restaurants, a movie theater, and seasonal family entertainment. Enjoy visiting Lowcountry Celebration Park, a 3-minute bike ride away which provides active and passive recreational activities, playgrounds ship, amenities, and scenic views.

*** Lagoon repairs are scheduled to start January 3. They will be drained, cleaned out and the liner will be replaced. The project is scheduled to take 8-10 weeks and is scheduled to be completed by 5/1/2024 weather permitting.

SPRINKLER LINES IN GARAGE AT SEACREST BEING REPLACED 2024. All sprinkler lines in Buildings 2 and 3 are being replaced. Work in Building 3 will Start April 8th so areas of that will be blocked off and access into the garages will be adjusted based on where the work is being done. As soon as Building 3 is completed, work will begin in Bldg 2 and that is scheduled to be completed by June 21st.

Great location, great view

This condo was perfect for our family of four. It was in a great spot. The condo was very clean, super comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, and just the best views! There was some construction while there but it didn't interrupt our experience at all. We were disappointed that the gym had no free weights. No fault of the owners obviously, but just letting everyone know, as we didn't expect that from a "gym". Great place - highly recommend.

Amazing views; Steps to Beach and Coligny Plaza; Well Equipped and Clean

The condo receives very high marks for cleanliness; absolutely best oceanfront location; access to grocery store (Piggly Wiggly), restaurants and live music across the street; two beach bikes included with rental and the most amazing sunsets! No wonder these units sell for millions! Would return in a minute!

Fabulous Trip!!

My sisters and I rented three condos in SeaCrest and had the best stay over the long Labor Day weekend! Our unit was so cute, clean, comfortable, and convenient to the pool, beach and, most importantly, Pool Bar Jim's! LOL Nice restaurants, shops and cafes were all within walking distance and we drove just a few minutes for some fabulous food at both Coast, and The Black Marlin. The beach was perfect. We will definitely be back!

Very nice location, the beach is beautiful. Are rooms were clean, and had everything we needed. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. I can’t wait to go back!
