We could not have been happier with our stay in this property! Upon walking in we could smell its cleanliness, but not in the over-chemical way. The unit is very well decorated and the Castillo's have thought of everything to make their guests comfortable, from the Wi-Fi QR code to fantastic use of a label maker! The kitchen is VERY well stocked -- probably the best of any rental in which we've stayed. We appreciated that there were adequate towels for us as well.The property is quiet and family friendly. We spotted two manatees in the marina and enjoyed swimming in the lagoon. With Everglades National Park and Key West reasonable drives away, this unit makes for a perfect spot to enjoy all that south Florida and the Keys have to offer.We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to anyone and would definitely stay again! Thank you for sharing with us!

We absolutely loved spending our vacation here! Super clean with beautiful, modern, island decor. Plenty of room for us and our two teenage boys. I cannot say enough of how accommodating the owners are. Everything is available for a fun, hassle free vacation. Kayaks, lounge chairs, tennis rackets, fishing poles, beach towels, games, coffee, washer, dryer with detergent, cleaning products, foil, plastic wrap, even a nice blow dryer with diffuser. The property is beautiful and well kept with a nice swimming pond, pools and a little beach. My kids loved fishing off the jetty. Perfect location in Key largo, with walking distance to restaurants and bars. Safe, friendly neighborhood. The owners were very communicative and quick to respond with any questions we had. We will definitely return and highly recommend this unit. Perfect for a family vacation! Thank you for providing your beautiful home and accommodations to make our first stay in Key Largo perfect!

We are a family of 4 that LOVES fishing, swimming and outdoors. We understand time is precious, therefore we are dedicated to spend time with family as much as we can. We have a 9-year old daughter and an 8-year old son that spend most of their weekends in the Florida Keys. We finally made a move and bought this house for ourselves as a with the idea to have it as a vacation home for ourselves and to offer it to other families like us that enjoy the sunny weather and outdoor activities.

We hope that you find this place as treasurable as it has been for our family.

Why they chose this property

Kawama is a treasure in the Florida Keys surrounded by ocean and beautiful amenities. This property is located in the ocean side. That being said, our boat stays at Kawama Marine and we like to enjoy the early morning with a cup of coffee before heading to the boat. Also the property is very close to the best fishing and snorkeling spots of all Florida Keys. The area is very safe for children. Our property balcony and living room faces the SALT WATER LAGOON where children spend hours there jumping from the platform. This is not to mention that the tennis courts are lit at night and we take advantage and stay a little late enjoying ourselves. My favorite spot is the jetty where I go, sit and relax. There is so much to do around that you would want to stay in the house!

Our property is professionally decorated with anything you can possibly need. We are distinguished amongst all other units. The property is very safe. Our children can enjoy playing outside without safety concern. The property is surrounded by INCREDIBLE amenities where you can enjoy the Marina, salt water lagoon, pool, jetty and even fishing. If you are a tennis lover, the courts are amazing. There is a perfect spot for everyone!
