Within minutes of all the top locations in the Charleston area: Schem Creek, Isle Of Palms, Sullivans Island and the water taxi to downtown Charleston. This newly renovated and spacious condo has a zen, beach vibe with a bright open floor plan that leads to a private screened in porch overlooking the luxury pool, fitness center, outdoor kitchen and movie theatre. Beautiful walking trails and outdoor firepit.

We stayed at Mermaid Haven for a girls' trip and had a wonderful time. The home was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a great place for our group to relax and spend time together.The location was convenient for exploring the Charleston area, although it was a bit farther from some attractions than we had anticipated. The pool area looked lovely, even though we didn't end up using it during our stay.A couple of suggestions for future guests and the owners: the living room could benefit from an additional chair or two to provide more seating for groups gathering together, and there are no TVs on the property, which may or may not matter depending on your preferences.Overall, Mermaid Haven was a comfortable and enjoyable home base for our girls' getaway, and we appreciated how clean and welcoming it was.

Great place! Beautiful, gated community, clubhouse and pool area were amazing. We saw deer on the property twice. Great place to unplug and relax.
