Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and return the keys
The towels can be put in the bathtubs and bedding can be placed on the top of each bed so they can be washed.
VERY IMPORTANT - Leave all the keys in the lockbox and re-lock with the existing code you were given to unlock.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Ideal place! Fully stocked with essentials and beach equipment . Dave is the perfect host. Very attentive to any needs you may have. Condo is in an excellent location, blocks from the beach and many eateries. The condo itself has a lovely pool, hot tub and barbecue area. Great time, will be back.

David had a lot of the things that we had used during my month stay with my family. The tent and beach umbrella was a Hughe help. The unit was stocked withe everything you need for a family of 6. They only thing is there was only 1 small pot, a good size sauté pan and a griddle. Could use a set of big mixing bowl set Otherwise we had a great stay
