Welcome to Pearl Osprey, a stunning luxury getaway nestled in The Osprey—one of Orange Beach's newest and most exclusive bayfront communities. Ideally situated on Lot 6, this home offers extra space and privacy, directly across from the resort-style pool and open common areas. Professionally managed by Kaiser Vacation Rentals, Pearl Osprey combines refined coastal design with unbeatable community amenities just steps from your door.

With 5 beautifully appointed bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, Pearl Osprey offers space and comfort for your group getaway. The thoughtfully designed layout includes high-end finishes throughout, a gourmet kitchen equipped with premium appliances.

Step outside and immerse yourself in everything The Osprey community has to offer—from the resort-style zero-entry pool with tanning ledges to the rooftop sun deck overlooking the boat slips. When it's time to hit the beach, the Gulf of Mexico is just across the street.

Inside, the main floor features an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area that flows seamlessly onto a spacious waterfront deck—ideal for your morning coffee or evening sunset views. This level also includes a half bath and a king bedroom with a private en suite.

Upstairs, you'll find two more guest suites—each with private en suite bathrooms—as well as a generous primary king suite with space to relax and recharge. The top floor includes a cozy loft with two queen beds, a full hallway-accessed bathroom, a guest room with two queen beds, and another guest room with twin bunk beds. Designed with group gatherings in mind, the home offers ample indoor and outdoor seating, large flat-screen TVs, and stylish yet comfortable spaces throughout.

-Guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult 25 or older.
-Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets.
-Smoking is not permitted on the property.
-Parking is available for 6 vehicles: 2 beside the home and 4 compact to mid-size vehicles under the carport.

Boat slip: Boat slip #33 is assigned to Pearl Osprey. The rental cost is $39 per day. The dimensions are 10x35. There is no boat lift. Boat trailers must be parked off-site at a location of your choosing, as trailer parking is prohibited on-site.

This is a beautiful house with a great pier and boat slip — we really enjoyed the property itself. However, I did have an issue with the booking process. I reserved the home through VRBO, but it wasn’t clearly stated that the property is managed by Kaiser Vacation Rentals and that they would need to verify payment separately.A few days after I booked and provided my payment information to VRBO, I received a call from Kaiser asking for verbal authorization to charge my credit card. In today’s world, with so much concern about identity theft and fraud, this extra step made me uncomfortable. I had to confirm that VRBO had not already charged my card before giving permission to Kaiser.If I had known in advance that a third party would be handling the payment verification, I likely would have booked differently. I prefer using VRBO for the security and convenience of managing everything through one platform.The home itself was wonderful, but I would recommend clearer communication about how payments are processed to help future guests avoid confusion.
