Regarding the screened porch and landscaping, the home’s outdoor areas are accurately depicted in the listing photos. While the landscaping grows seasonally, it is regularly maintained, and I encourage guests to reach out if they have concerns during their stay so I can address them promptly. Concerning linens, comforters, and previous guest laundry, I provide a full set of towels and bedding for each stay. When issues are reported, I immediately dispatch my team to resolve them. I regret any inconvenience caused in this instance and encourage future guests to report any shortages upon arrival so they can be corrected immediately. Regarding driveway conditions, kitchen cabinets, bathroom plug-ins, and appliances, the home is regularly maintained, inspected, and repaired as needed. Appliances and fixtures may show normal signs of use, but I ensure that all systems are functional and safe for guests. I understand your frustration with the accuracy of listings and want to emphasize that I respond promptly to all concerns and take steps to maintain a high standard for the property. I regret that your experience fell short of expectations, but I consistently work to ensure the home is safe, clean, and enjoyable for all guests.
