Perfect location for our 2-month "elderly parents care" visit to Seminole. Our daily Treasure Island beach and boardwalk run/walk was 10 minutes from the condo. Assigned parking was a huge convenience because of daily in and out for multiple trips for parents to Freedom Square Assisted Living, doctors, lawyers, accountants, mobility scooter repairs, restaurants, Publix, Bealls, and fantastic Seminole County parks, all nearby. Even busy beach weekends, no one "took" our space. Condo also convenient for our "personal time" visits to St Pete Museum of Fine Arts, scuba diving for fossils in Venice Beach and an afternoon dive in Rainbow River, bicycle riding the Courtney Campbell Causeway, exploring Tarpon Springs (two more fabulous beaches and County Parks), rollerblading the trail around the boat races near Mote and touring the Mote aquarium. We loved returning to our clean, cool, modern condo each evening and sitting on the dock, listening to water and birds. All to ourselves! The community laundry room was available (free) every time I wanted to run a load, also! Extremely quiet location. Melinda is attentive and caring hostess... she provided so many appreciated things like a delicious chocolate cake and bottled water waiting in fridge our first day. Starter K-cups and teas. All the kitchen soaps, towels, plastic wrap, etc. A cozy throw for collapsing under on couch after our busy sun and fun day! Plenty of storage for all those toys too. Perfect beach retreat!
